Crit range. Rapiers are 18-20/x2, giving them a higher chance to score a critical hit.

By the way, are remembering that you are encumbered? Max dex +3, -3 ACP, and a land speed of 15 feet. Also, you forgot to to note the effects of the improved init feat. Also, you don't have weapon finess, so your attack bonus when TWF should be +1/+1, +3 when not. Your damages are two high, your rapier should deal 1d4-1, same with the shortsword, 1d4-2 . Your crossbow should deal 1d6. Your daggers do 1d3-2. Yes, without sneak attack, your daggers do 1 damage. Your Melee attack should be +2. Since you are encombered, and wearing +1 studded leather leather, your ac should only be 18. You HP should be 16. Try using Heroforge

Again, please refer to the PM I sent you about two weapon fighting with rapiers. They do not count as light weapons for this purpose, only for weapon finnessing.
Also, your HP should be 16.
And I still believe that you have 1000 character points remaining to spend, correct?

I would drop the init for finesse and take "oversized Two-weapon fighting" as your next feat, it allows your offhand weapon to be treated as a light weapon, no matter the size

I can't believe you named a Halfling Frodo.
I'd do 2 shortswords and take Weapon Focus, but that's just me. Sure, you're missing out on the d8 and the extended crit range, but this way you can focus on shortswords. Most of your damage is gonna be through Sneak Attack anyway.

Yeah, if you use a rapier and shortsword, Zain's going to have to kill you based on his code.
Still, you seem to forget a lot of things. Small critter deal less damage with weapons. Halfling short swords deal 1d4. .

Gollum? sounds nice, but i dont know how to change title I meant the rock. Equipment for Small characters weighs 1/2 that of medium characters. Small characters carry 3/4 the amount medium characters do. My advice: Use some of that starting CP to buy a Handy Haversack. Always weighs 5 pounds, can carry up to 120 pounds. Good deal. As for armor? Might need to ditch it.

( ugh, mithral chainshirt armor weights 25... i really need a heavy eversack too bad it costs 2k ;-; ) A small sized mithral chain shirt only weighs 6.25 pounds. Mithral armor weighs half and small sized armor is half again. However, you complaining about not having enough carrying capacity would be like me complaining about not having enough skill points.

You can get the Mithral chainshirt +1 and then only have 500CP to put toward potions or anything you would like. And keep in mind, CP is not money, it is a concept, kind of like communism. Anyways, I'll be PMing you each with an amount of spending gold that you can have at your disposal based on your characters and how much tension I want to cause in the group about money and who has to drink beers on another character's dime.

However, you complaining about not having enough carrying capacity would be like me complaining about not having enough skill points. That depends, do you care about skills? If you do care, do something about it I want to cause in the group about money and who has to drink beers on another character's dime. ...but, we are all evil.... He's saying that you deliberately created your character so that he was weak in certain areas - in particular, strength. And being a halfling, his carrying capacity is further reduced. Hence, complaining is sorta funny. Similarly, Lin's character is very physically powerful and tough, but dumb as a rock. He also took a class that has the lowest skill points, thereby guaranteeing him the minimum skill points possible. So if he were to complain about it, it'd be funny, because that's how he designed it. ...Can you see the similarity? If you care about being well-rounded, don't min/max. If you min/max, don't complain about the shallow end of the pool.

I believe the rogue as having universal benefits, above all other classes ( prolly not but yea, which may also be why i only take them ) anyways i try to be the an extremist without many defaults (Which so far is hp )

Pros: Good AC, Good 'to-hit', good skill points, awesome reflex save.
Cons: Damage output is low (especially if you don't get Sneak Attack), low hit point, really bad Fort and Will saves, carrying capacity, movement.
That's my take on the current build. It does certain things very well (sneak around, interact with people, get out of harm's way), but it is very lacking in other areas (toe-to-toe combat, resisting a solid Charm Person, magic item dependency). Just my observation.
As Shakes will tell you, it is Clerics and Druids that get universal benefits above all other classes. And she's right. Properly played, it's hard to outclass a divine caster. Rogues, on the other hand, are balanced.

Remember to raise your AC by 1 to account for the mithral chainshirt+1. I'm sorry, but everytime I read or write this guy's name I'm gonna be thinking of lord of the rings. Do you really want that on your concience If you want Alchemist's fires or potions or anything like that, remember, you can pay triple the base cost of the item and have one per adventure. And I was just wondering, a rogue without Disable Device or UMD (with that charisma), weird.
