Just to clarify to anyone who isn't so crazy as to read through this entire thread: anyone can continue the story and add the next post, so long as you keep at least two posts of other people between yours every time. And you can start reading to catch up on what happened from Japic's post made at 7/28/04 on. Before that, the story was interesting, but its in every aspect a different story than the current one.
I was hoping to revive this interesting effort. It would be interesting to see what'll happen with the joined efforts of all the creative folks here on this board.
