Today, September 5th, marks what is as close as I can call to the birth of these our forums. It is the day KMan is listed as registering way back in 2003, and the day the first call for players was made for Marionettes of the Demon, the first campaign on here. Tabloid Truths followed shortly thereafter.
Five years later, here we are, a whole lot bigger than two campaigns and a handful of players, with a huge archive of kickass roleplaying and interesting characters.
So a big 'Happy Birthday' to all of us for 5 years of roleplaying what amounts to somewhere in the region of 50 games (I counted). It's been a hell of a ride, and I'm glad I can say I was around close to when it all started.
Even if I disappeared for huge amounts of time in the middle there.
I have a birthday present for all of you to commemorate this occasion, but it's not ready, so you'll all have to wait a little bit to see it. But I promise, it will be cool.
