I've just been notified that this game has been running long enough to qualify for a regular board. After 3 unsuccessful tries, we finally got a 4th edition game that didn't die right away :-)
The change probably won't happen right away (unless they need this spot for another new game). But if it ever looks like Moonhaven has disappeared, go to the home page and look for it in it's own section.

Still wincing from his painful wounds Bharash is glad to see the wererats dropping quicker then he was. Realising many of the magic he knew would not be too effective in this fight he skirts around the closest wererat and charges it hoping to make an opening for other allies this side of it. Move to K8 avoiding opportunity attacks. Charge (In the game mechanic sense) to M8 to attack the adjacent wererat
[dice=20] +5+1=17 vs AC [dice=8] +3=6 damage
Oh and lost 2 hp and tries to save [dice=20]

Bharash succeeds in smacking the goblin where so many others have failed. He also gets over the ongoing pain of the bite.

How do we handle monster knowledge rolls? If I can I have on the wererats, here it is. I know nothing, I see nothing..... That's how, but just roll higher :-) You could also mention a specific skill you're trying to use, otherwise I'll just look up the appropriate one.

I forgot to mention that Doran also saved vs. the ongoing damage, after taking 2 last points of damage. Ongoing damage is at the beginning of the turn, Saves are at the end of the turn.

If you don't mind, I'll go ahead and finish doing Howy's actions for this encounter.Howy moves to M11, Lance of Faith on Red 7. Lance of Faith Red 7: Howy spears the goblin wererat with his Lance of Faith. That's fine for now, but I'll be taking Howy out of the action sooner rather than later with some GM decreed damage. After all, there should be some reason why Howy isn't continuing on with everyone else...

Hearing the sounds of a battle at the top of the ramp, Harknail moves to the base of the ramp (to I8), incidentally stepping on a pressure plate. From there he charges up the ramp and past the cage (to I3) engaging the goblin wererat fighting Zynthis (red 3). [dice=20] | +6+1 = 23 | [dice=8] | +3 = 9 |

The wererat challenged by Harknail (red 3) decides to accept the challenge, shifts away from Zynthis, and swings with the sword at Hartnail. red 3 | Harknail | [dice=20] | +8=16 | [dice=6] | +4=8 short sword damage |

I cant let Howy die by just giving up. If the javelin is stuck in Howy's leg, Howy will pull it out. Strength Roll: [dice=20] If it is not stuck in his leg, Howy will take a Second Wind action to heal for 5 and +2 to defenses.
In either case, Howy will follow up with a Healing Word on self, minor action. [dice=6]+4+5=13 points of healing[rand=750593426104521572672480463302902309627841394124039719467990882995]

Zynthis who is now completely enraged that he missed says to the Goblin "You will not escape my wrath!" Zyn Avenges Flame his enemy who imprisoned him (moving to H2 first).

Charging up the ramp he skids to a halt behind the large construct and ducking stabs his glaive under Harknails arm in an attempt to slash the wererats legs. In either case, Howy will follow up with a Healing Word on self, minor action. +4+5=13 points of healing Howy successfully removes the javelin from his leg (actually a heal check not a strength check) and then heals all of his wounds. But when he tries to stand he finds that his leg still will not bear his weight and he falls back to the ground. Howy is fully healed, but has a "cannot stand" condition that won't end until he has an extended rest. This isn't a game effect, just a GM fiat to reduce his role in this fight and keep him out of the next. While Prone, Howy is at -2 to attacks he makes, but has +2 defense vs. ranged attacks.
