I was thinking, that possibly, it might be a good idea if there could be an item setup? Like when you kill a monster, you search it's body and obtain items from it's corpse. How would we go about doing this? Is there any way that we can have an addon to Proboards? I don't think so, but there might be. Proboards is pretty basic, you only have what they give you then you change the settings to what you like. I don't know if you can have like an items section, but people, discuss my idea. Thanks.
Perril.

Do you mean some sort of script or link that lets you click "search the monster's body" to do so? That's really what we have a DM for...I see no real need for such a thing.

I will demonstrate the searching of monster bodies:
"Kman, I search the smoking carcass for anything of value that may possibly have survived my maximized, empowered fireball."
Like so. Then Kman will reply:
"Wizard, you hunk of immensely powerful arcane energy you, nothing could possibly have survived your all-destructive blast. Even your party members are dead. Oh, and...you gain xp for defeating them."
Well, that's how it should be, anyway.

Correct...That's how it should be...I mean, something simliar to that. {Whew, imagine if my DMing could end with one spell...what a relief. } Seriously though, Perril, I do have to side with TopTom and Wiz here, a random generator for items on these boards would negate my purposeful placement of everything in my adventures. Or even a link where you click on the monster's pic after a battle and see an inventory wouldn't work..not without massive amounts of effort on my end. {Imagine using HTML to link to pic and second, locked post...that would be extensive. I would have to set up another "treasure" board that only I could access...I dunno..just wouldn't work.} Neat idea, just not in this environment.

As soon as he does one of two more things...
- Takes about...oh...20 more levels in monk and becomes Epic.
- Or takes the Meta-Game feat..."Slip DM $100 dollars for Item"
Those would work ;D
