"Absurd attempts at generating complete classes for commoners in a high-fantasy game is a symptom of foolish game designers and/or a company that has its own way and no longer has the pulse on the needs or desires of the average gamer. Push such games away with disdain as they will only degrade rapidly as each succeeding supplement seeks to outdo the last for thoughtless blather and shrinking content value."

I, and my aching wallet, tend to agree. There is a point where the "Complete" books aren't complete because of the next expansion and it's "10 New Feats, 50 New Items and 3,000 new prestige classes..."
I get sick of it to maynard...but I'm a consumer whore, so I guess I'll suffer. It give me the opportunity to read about others ideas and bring them into my own campaign.

But----but---that quote is totally disparaging to my Weaponsmith core class! C'mon, guys, blacksmiths gots rules too!*
*The above was completely tongue-in-cheek. If you actually agreed with me, roll initiative. ;D
