Was Zynthis able to take cover behind the ramp at R14?

Was Zynthis able to take cover behind the ramp at R14? Yes, that gave him total cover vs. most of the sharp shooters, but only partial cover vs. Blue 1, who rolled well. Tucked into the narrow niche (currently hidden by Zynthis's icon), Zynthis can only move to R13 when he decides to leave the spot where he is standing.

I wonder what's causing that.

Ok, Thanks. Looks like the map is down. I wonder what's causing that. There's an intermittent bug deleting files on the map server. The delete works, but returns an error code. When I do a Save As from the graphics program replacing the previous map, it ends up deleting the original but not renaming the new file.

Zack will move to Q12, skid into a crouch, sight down his staff, and let off another Magic Missile volley on Red $, who clearly wasn't paying attention last round: Somehow, I doubt that is going to cut it. Looks like Harknail will have to do it himself. Zachary's Combat Status:

Note Gabe has used his daily now and Bhrash and Gabe have +5 to hit gray 1 rather than +4.Gabe struggles to escape the cloud but finds he is barely able to move at all. Frustrated he grabs a small vial from his bag and hurls it at the hexer. Move: Move to J4 (Slowed & Difficult Terrain) Minor: Draw Alchemist’s Acid. Standard: Throw Alchemist’s Acid at Gray 1 [dice=20] | +4 +5(lead the attack) -2(concealment) = 11 vs Reflex |
on a hit, the attack deals 1d10 acid damage and ongoing 5 acid damage (save ends); on miss, half damage and no ongoing acid damage.[dice=10] Gabe’s Saving Throw versus the Slowing Effect [dice=20] Humm.. save was 16 but changed to 19 when I fixed my damage dice tag from 1d10 to 10. Still saves either way.Gabe's Combat Status AC 19 - Fort 15 - Ref 15 - Will 14 - Speed 6 - Resist 6 Fire, Resist 5 Necrotic Gabe's Health: HP 25/29 - Surges 7/7 - Action Points 1 Encounter Powers: Infernal Wrath 1/1, Inspiring Word 2/2, Warlord's Favor 1/1, Encounter Powers: Thunderwave 0/1, Rub Some Dirt On It 1/1, Second Wind 1/1 Daily Powers: Lead the Attack 1/1
Gabe's Group Bonuses: Any ally within 10 squares that can see and hear me gains +2 to initiative. Any ally who can see me and spends an action point to attack gains +2 to hit[rand=17967124404578760989034721477815243281788774030069996831002332667]

Zynthis double moves to behind Thursagan and Healing Word's him again. Healing Word: [dice=6]+3+9(surge)=12 pts healing Edit: Actually if I could, can I move up on to the ramp with the first move, minor H.Word Thursagan, then charge blue 4? Laira will move up to aid Thurgasan to N20, then she curses the goblin in front of her (B4). She then casts Eyebite at B4 (hoping to draw the OA so Thurg can get his free fighter attack thing-- note, she has concealment from moving so -2 to hit, and -2 from it being marked). [dice=20] | +5 | +1 prime shot | 21 vs will |
[dice=6] | [dice=6] | +4 | 9 damage |
Laira is now invisible to the goblin as well, finishing her turn.[rand=72472586360315869978772659637988985165346357338726241623322158025]

Now that the Frost Goblin Hexer has moved back from the edge, and with both Gabe and Bharash right up against the wall, the goblin has superior cover from both Gabe and Bharash and regular cover from Sanem. In addition, he also has cover from being inside the Freezing Cloud. In other words, he is now very hard to hit.
Here is a side view to show the angles involved.
Side view:
The red line is the only unblocked line connecting the goblin's square to those right up against the snowbank, and that line is unblocked only to find being generous. Either way, that means superior cover for the goblin.
The green line shows how Sanem's greater distance from the hill allows him to trace unblocked lines to the goblin's square.
I thought making this clear might change your actions. Gabe, Sanem, please either post a revised action or confirm that you want to stick with your original action.

If it's obvious to Gabe that he has almost no chance of hitting the Goblin even with his bonuses then he'll just do a double move as far as he can toward the ramp. Being slowed for the entire round I think that means he'll only get as far as H5

Sanem has a total of a -4 to hit.

Then Gabe would still throw, even though I know with his roll it would be better not to have do so.. One thing looking at your height diagram. Gabe should be one step back from the cliff since he was moving around it not towards it, not that it'll make any difference. At least he'll still do half damage with the acid.

After healing Thursagan for 13, Zynthis charges blue 4.
Charge: [dice=20] [dice=10] Page kept crashing during previews and was loosing my die rolls. My bonuses to hit are +9+1 and damage is +5[rand=12427042518543174028999281121100506276750252041677367579513508577368]

In that case Persephone would fly to 011, Sanem moving to Q13 then Quarry against B1, then shooting same.
I'll just use the same rolls etc, it should just be at -2.

The same modifiers apply to both Gray 1 and Blue 1. Anyone on a ledge is going to have cover from ranged attack, same as anyone around a corner. And all goblins in the cloud have concealment.

Deleted old attack post, as I am doing something completely different now; sorry.Sanem whistles shrilly to Persephone and the both take off at high speed, Sanem moving to Q13, Persephone flying to F6. Persephone screeches in rage (Hunters quarry on Blue1) then charges Blue attempting to Bull rush it off the side. (Moving to I9). [dice=20] | +1(level)+1(str)+1(charge) | 21 vs Fortitude |
Persephone then would be flying in the vacated square.[rand=8987573167158784021802915548268187810657689929835212360924666605067]

Thursagan keeps pushing on the goblin, hoping that this time he will go down with the tide of iron. Attack: Damage: [dice=10] (ignored) As it looks like it won't connect this time, he will use a minor action to second wind, for an additional +2 to AC, and shift to O20 to cover Laira from the goblins on the other hill. Blue 4 is still marked. With both healings (13+9), he is at 33/37 on HP, 9/12 on surges, and +4 to AC (total 24) for a turn. I have just realized that O and N are swapped on the map [rand=2028792407363653237794791720807558394559277221563123675612732768]

Still in a rage Bharash scrabbles up the icy hill trying to get closer to their enemy.
[dice=20] +3=12 Athletics check
Eager to get to somewhere where he can see his foe he moves to E6.
He then opens his maw and lets forth a huge spray of acid covering F7 to J11
To hit grey 1 [dice=20] +12=19 vs ref (no concealment for area attacks)
To hit cyan 1 [dice=20] +7=14 vs ref
[dice=6] +3=5 acid damage
He then also causes fire to erupt from I8 catching grey 1
[dice=20] +12=17 vs ref
[dice=6] +4=6 fire damage[rand=4331221389502288422646350828158414375107408063578283488618202263]
