Ka'lion grabs his dagger and calls on his rage. +4 str +2 con. We are about to kill the character. Ka'lion just got easier to hit. -2 AC.
Damage from his fist and dagger fighting with 2 weapons are as fallows: Dagger 1d4+3 fist 1d3+2 AC for the next 6 rounds if he lives that long is 9 / Con increases adds 2 hit points to the character - he loses those points in 6 rounds.

Having no clean shot, Nillfree drops his crossbow named "Liberty" and pulls out his short sword named "slash".
DM: he may only get to drop the crossbow but i think that is a free action to drop something. I know it is a move/ standard to pull the sword out. I know he will only get one standard. I don't recall if we still get other free actions in a surprise round or not. If not that is ok he will do so on his next turn.

Vadania draws her sword and moves (5 foot step) toward a flanking position with Ylva, automatically slipping in to a well practiced combat dance and forgetting that she's supposed to guard the mage.
Ylva tries to bite back the wolf that attacked her. [dice=20]+3=17 [dice=6]+1=2
Ylva hits 19 is Vadania reached a flanking position. Since she needs to draw her sword, Vadania doesn't get an attack in the surprise round.[rand=7039488453883678435970238875597762597996788099417295629328582436]

The noise of combat is not difficult to hear, as such, Aelos starts rushing towards it to see what is going on. Aelos is now rushing towards the group. Let me know when he arrives.

Vadania dances around the wolf, kicking at it's hindquarters as she draws her sword - the wolf spins and growls as she does and Ylva leaps to her feet and presses the advantage.
Beyond her the mage Navarre releases his grip on the tattered parasol as fire flicks from his hands and eyes as the gnome Nillfree stands at his back with sword drawn.
Ka'lion struggles on the ground nearby, trying to reach his dagger as the wolf snaps at his throat. He has been so unprepared for this, he cursed himself and his inexperience and felt his anger at it all begin to boil over.
Caught up in the fight, nobody yet notices the lone figure rushing down the road towards them.
(Navarre's normal round action, and then the wolves)

Navarre is going to move into a position that lets him optimize his area of affect burning hands attack. He's trying to hit as many wolf targets as possible without harming any of his allies.
If it's possible to catch 2 or more wolfs in the area of effect, he'll use his caster's gloves to bump up the caster level by 2. If he can only target one, then the spell will do 2d4 instead of 4d4.
I'll allow AT to roll damage and concentration checks as needed, as I can not see the layout of enemies/players.

Ka'lion, holds the jaws of the wolf closed with his hands and begins to crush the wolves jaws. ( opposite of King Kong and the T-tex.) Barbarians don't think when in rage and they just kill. inst [dice=20] hit [dice=20] damage ?+3[rand=296576577704399830923800007440153974526338279247302914428454823792]

With three of the wolves so close to his new companions Navarre focused his attention on the wolf before him. A gout of fire engulfed creature which briefly twitched within the flames before falling still. Suddenly the mage was pulled sideways, losing his grip on the mule's rope as the wolf hanging from it's flank managed to pull it to the ground, pinning itself under the beast in the process. Nearby Ka'lion continued to struggle with his assailant, the wolf taking a firm grip on the man's throat. Roaring with anger Ka'lion grasps it by the jaw, attempting to crush it's skull. The final surviving wolf turns upon Vadania but she easily pins it beneath her shield as Ylva bites at it's legs. Burning hands: 10 damage, ref save 5(failed) - dead
Wolf vs Ka'lion: Wolf wins grapple (using first roll), 7 damage. In Ka'lion's action he gains rage, wins the grapple (using second roll), pulls his dagger as a move action and stabs for 5 damage Ylva, Vadania, and Nillfree to act (you can post in any order as you are engaged with different wolves - Nillfree is closest to Ka'lion) Namklin - Roll init please.

Based on the GM's rewrite of Ka'lion's actions. Ka'lion does no damage. He's hit points are -2 (now) from the wolves bite ( end of rage ) -4
inst = initiative roll +1 Dex +4 improved initiative = 14 over all If you just wish to make one roll for each turn that's fine.
But Kalion is allowed to make 2 attacks fighting empty handed: the first roll = 9+ST +3+2 ( fighter level) = 14 - 4 for fighting with 2 light weapons. so roll = 10 second roll = 19+ 1/2 ST: 2+2 ( fighter level) = 23 = -8 for off hand weapon is light = so roll = 15
A wolf standard AC is 14 = hit 2 subdue damage and the wolves jaws are shut - so it cannot bite for any additional damage unless it breaks free.

Based on the GM's rewrite of Ka'lion's actions. Ka'lion does no damage. He's hit points are -2 (now) from the wolves bite ( end of rage ) -4 You've taken 13 points of damage. Ka'lion has 22 hitpoints (plus another 4 after entering rage).
I have no idea what a roll for 'inst' is supposed to be but it was your first roll so I used it for the opposed test for the sake of speed.
Your 'to hit' roll was then applied to your own action - Ka'lion raged, drew his dagger, and attacked as per your post on May 31.
If you would alternatively like to 'crush the wolf's jaws' I will change the flavour text and the wolf will take 4 points of subdual damage rather than 5 lethal - your choice. You can grapple for lethal damage of course but the additional -4 would have lost you that roll.

Vadania and Ylva double team on the woof between them with Vadania using her longsword (an unusual weapon for a druid) while Ylva closes with her jaws and tries to trip the wolf while removing it's leg.
Vadania: Hit:[dice=20]+1+2=9 Damage:[dice=8]
Ylva: Hit:[dice=20]+3+2=24 Damage:[dice=6]+1=3 Trip:[dice=20][rand=2492818480823189357627408346161252498939211945980807797223376110196]

Ylva drags the injured wolf down, it still struggles but Vadania can see that it has been dealt a mortal blow. It is also apparent that the wolf carries several recent wounds, caused by blades - not by other animals.
(Nillfree to act, then around to Navarre again)

"Looks like we have chard wolf tonight." Navarre seams to be able to take care of his side, the druid and wolf look to be able to help Ka'lion. The mule needs help, so to help protect it he attacks the wolf that seams determined to kill it. He hopes he can draw the wolf attentions to him instead of the mule. attack:[dice=20]+4 damage [dice=4]+0[rand=59860453987494111923066182062029855655913916416474445192322600633]

(Roll for Nillfree's sneak attack damage - the wolf actually fumbled it's trip and the mule fell on it) [dice=6]Dead
Circling the mule Nillfree finds the wolf pinned beneath it's flanks and easily dispatches it with a single thrust of his sword.
Ylva seems to have the measure of her rapidly weakening adversary but Ka'lion's situation appears more serious.

Your action comes after Navarre's, but before the wolves. Assume a starting distance of 30 feet from the group.

Your correct about the hit points - my mistake on that.
inst = initiative roll +1 Dex +4 improved initiative = 14 over all If you just wish to make one roll for each turn that's fine.
A wolf standard AC is 14 = hit 2 ST +[dice=3] subdue damage and the wolves jaws are shut - so it cannot bite for any additional damage unless it breaks free. total subdue damage this round is 3 points of damage but it cannot bite until it breaks free. ST check to continue to hold the wolves jaws closed [dice=20]+3 = a grapple check of 17[rand=166177553823217759935887956526132103347477968782208337727072648704]

A single initiative roll is made for the entire combat, as per page 136 of the 3.5 PHB. You can only change your initiative by delaying, readying an action, or by abandoning combat and later returning.
But Kalion is allowed to make 2 attacks fighting empty handed Ka'lion is currently grappled - he may make only a single attack (page 156).
The wolf must win a grapple test to bite Ka'lion regardless - I will use your roll of 17 for the next opposed test, once Navarre and the newcomer's actions are in.Wolf #1 : Lightly wounded, grappling Ka'lion Wolf #2 : Dead Wolf #3 : Fatally wounded, prone, engaged with Vadania and Ylva Wolf #4 : Dead
Navarre / Aelos / Wolves / Vadania & Ylva / Ka'lion / Nilfree
