Ka'lion looks at the fire, the water on the floor and the women. "Mam, come with me please." He'll help her up as he looks around for a blanket to soak in the water to cover them. Was there another way out that's closer?"

The woman fends Ka'lion off weakly, seemingly dazed and disorientated by the smoke or her wound.
There isn't enough water to soak more than a rag, nor is there a blanket in sight but Ka'lion does spot the bell rope - fallen on the floor as if cut from above.
The fire in the main room is growing rapidly worse - the Barbarian must choose to flee for the window and save himself or shut the tower door and hope that the others might rescue him before the smoke and fire grows too fierce.

Ka'lion, helps the women to her feet and takes her with him. If it kills him. It kills him. He already knows the rest of the party does not trust him. If he stays for help. It will not be coming.

Ka'lion drags the woman to her feet and towards the door. She screams and struggles as she is dragged towards the flames - without her help, and perhaps even with it, there is no way Ka'lion could lift her through one of the windows without pushing her through burning debris.
If he had time or magic to clear her head perhaps there would be a chance, and he curses himself for not having taken advantage of the opportunity given at clearwater to attain such - he had come sorely ill prepared for this journey.

How high are the bottoms of the Windows? It seems that Vadania can't climb in, but can she see in or reach in?

How high are the bottoms of the Windows? It seems that Vadania can't climb in, but can she see in or reach in? A little over 4 feet, though filled with broken glass and with burning furniture propped up against them
Vadania is tall enough to see in (though the smoke is building) but can't look down towards the floor without climbing onto the window or standing on something.
She can see Ka'lion struggling with someone, but not the villager herself at this point

Vadania will do what she can to help from the outside. She takes her club and uses it to finish smashing out the window so that there aren't sharp edges point towards anyone climbing out. Then she'll use the end of the club to try pushing away the burning debris that's higher than the bottom of the window. Finally she'll get her winter blanket out and get ready to throw it over the top of the burning rubble to smother the flames. She doesn't expect that to last for long before the blanket itself starts burning, so she'll wait till the barbarian is ready to climb out.
Once he tries sending the person being rescued out the window, Vadania will help them get down to the ground.
That last may result in Vadania collapsing with the victim on top of her. Vadania just doesn't have the strength to help carry people.

Ka'lion approaches the window, he'll push anything light aside with his staff to create some space. How close is the main fire? "Vadania, she's badly hurt. We are going to need a lot of healing."

How close is the main fire? The worst of the fire is in and around the middle of the room - the burning bodies of the villagers - but the fire has also spread to the cloth and furniture pressed up against the windows and doors, and Ka'lion is beginning to choke on the acrid smoke.

"Sit down and keep low. I need to push some of this out of the way." said Ka'lion gently setting the women on the ground. Staying low and using his staff to keep his hands out of the fire he'll clear as much as he can out of the way. Ka'lion knows they are going to need to jump and he's going to need to use himself as a cushion for the lady in the fall. Ideally he'd prefer to hand her down but that may not be possible. Light chairs he'll push into the area of the dead.

The Barbarian should be able to see Vadania trying to clear the rubble out of the way from the outside.

"Vadania, she's badly hurt. We are going to need a lot of healing." repeats Ka'lion, "Can you cast a water spell on the fire? Call over assistance. Cough, cough, cough." My bet is she'll of used up her water spells putting out the other fires.

Vadania answers, "I have already used my water spell today, but I have a blanket ready that might smother the fire long enough for you to get out of there."
You are quite right about her having already used her water spell to put out another fire that you started.

Hearing the request for water magic Aelos looks over from the door but can only shake his head. Catching sight of something in the distance behind Vadania he points, "look, human I think"Inside the church the woman has wobbled to her feet, a wet cloth from the puddle over her mouth indicating that her head is clearing somewhat. Heavy smoke is a DC15 Fort check (+1 for each additional round in the smoke from here on in) for Ka'lion or he loses his next round choking and coughing. Two failed checks in a row result in 1d6 non-lethal damage. Don't forget the -2 penalty for being sickened.
Alternatively he can rush to the window for fresh air - this automatically takes a round and a DC15 Reflex save to kick the last of the burning debris aside before they do any damage.

Vadania watches Ka'lion vanish into the billowing smoke, though she can still hear him.
Behind her Navarre and Nillfree waddle towards the window carrying a pail of water, not enough to make an impression on the fire within but perhaps enough to extinguish the fire around the window or a burning individual.

Vadania uses the water to soak her winter blanket. then reaches in a drapes it over the remaining burning debris to smother the fire for a few minutes. Hopefully the combination of removing air and adding water will work even better than either alone. She calls out, "Come to the window, I'll help you out."

Nillfree unfurls a rope and throws it through the window. Though weakened by their earlier fight the group is able to pull first the woman and then a half conscious Ka'lion from the church.
The figures Aelos had seen approaching arrive soon after, cautious, and horrified at the fate of their village but not hostile as they see the party struggle to save one of their own.
Throughout the night more villagers make their way back to the village, drawn by the fire, and work to save what they can as the fire from the barn spreads to several nearby houses. The fires even draw a small patrol bound for Clearwater and at length the group is able to take rest and shelter for the night.
As the sun rises Belomme is already deep in conversation with the guards. He explains to Aelos that the path of the fleeing mage would ultimately take him near another of the crypts and while he planned to continue to their original desination with the guardsmen it might be prudent for a small group to to make their way to the second location.

How's Kalion feeling? He's a mess. He'll still want to keep moving after a night of rest and he's pissed about the wizard getting away with the attack. But the job is to check out the sites and he's not being paid to kill the wizard.
At - I finely saw your personal message. Sorry it took so long.
