Vadania also had a restless night, though it her case it was wondering if she should have told the villagers that it had been the barbarian that set the fires. She had been so sure he was a spy, but he hadn't hesitated to risk his life to rescue someone from the fire he had set.

Ka'lion is going to look to buy a horse. Can he find one? The villagers have no horses, but will sell you a mule with bit and saddle for 10gp.

Ka'lion will buy the mule and saddle and sell the excess weapons to the town. It looks like the town may need them. He'll then divide the coin equally with the rest of the party and leave his share to the church as a gift to rebuild.

As the sun rises Belomme is already deep in conversation with the guards. He explains to Aelos that the path of the fleeing mage would ultimately take him near another of the crypts and while he planned to continue to their original desination with the guardsmen it might be prudent for a small group to to make their way to the second location. "So who's going where?" asks Vadania.

"So who's going where?" asks Vadania. "Aelos is best able to determine if the crypt has been opened, and the gnome and barbarian have made their preferences known. I would ask you to go with Aelos, if there is trouble he needs someone he can count on."(Specify what gear is being sold and i'll let you know what you can get for it. Also - did Ka'lion always have that breastplate on his sheet?)

brigantine: I don’t know the AC or other details of this armor It's a canvas jack with metal plates sewn inside - you threw it into a fire and therefore cannot sell it.
The villagers off you 30gp for the collection of weapons, 6gp each. They are unsure what to make of the Falchion - they'll offer you another coin for it but don't recognise the craftsmanship.

Ka'lion keeps the Falchion, but will sell the rest for 30 gp. He knows it's worth more but the village will need to rebuild. He'll divide it with the party and take his share add his 800 gp very small high end ruby and give it to the church. Animal handling [dice=20]+3= 18 to load his mule: He names her Gray Horse. Gray for short. He practices walking the mule around as they get to know each other.[rand=739993858383968541601112205535173299409268191084279797219086904079]

...add his 800 gp very small high end ruby and give it to the church. The curate of the church is baffled and surprised, the ruby represents more wealth than he or the village have ever seen. Before the man can form a more coherent response Aelos calls Ka'lion out into the square, the group is ready to depart and Belomme can already be seen moving away to the south with the guards. As Aelos, Ka'lion, and Vadania make their way westwards they are caught at the edge of the village by the breathless curate who offers the barbarian one last parting gift - a vial of lavender coloured liquid that had been handed down by past priests. He confesses he does not know it's purpose save that it was stated to aid those of faith in times of need, and offers a final farewell to Ka'lion and his confused companions. ---NEW THREAD--- kmansadventures.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=game&thread=8732

Before splitting up, Vadania asks Belomme what that magic circle was.

Before splitting up, Vadania asks Belomme what that magic circle was. "A summoning circle of some kind I believe, but i've not seen a symbol of the like before." Belomme rubs his chin, deep in thought, "perhaps allowing him to jump from place to place as he did, though the armour confounds me. Mayhaps an illusion or an ally."
