He nods, um.. sis your going to want to stand back. Gets out of the way of the party and musters all the energy he has and sparks form travels. Out around his horn gaining speed and unleashes a blast well into the air. His meaning is : your son is home and has some people they need to talk with.

A short time later the party sees a burst from the sand a simular burst of lighting this one much longer but not with full force meaning it was to talk for now:
Sis they are telling us to drop any weapons that you guys have, not to approch the defensive promoter.they are sending out one of our kin only after you do. Im to send back after you done so, o and you have 4 mins to comply. cause its how long for my recharge to send back is, i did so to give us time, as you tought me.

Callo was first to lower her weapons to the ground, a simple but well crafted crossbow and a pair of daggers. Props as much as weapons but she saw no reason to antagonise the dragons here and doubted they would be interested in claiming such mundane items as their own.
She could see a glow of magic around the weapons carried by the others not concealed beneath a glamour or enchantment, and wondered what interested they might draw from the dragons below.

"Keep your weapons Callo, and take mine as well," says Nokomis as she offers her weapons to the other. "Take the Sand dragon princess and the others and retreat a ways. Stay close enough to been seen, but far enough away to not be a threat."
Nokomis continues explaining her plan, "We're the bodyguards of the Sand Dragon Princess, her safety is our responsibility. We can't serve that role if we surrender our weapons. Besides, last time I was here the magic weapons weren't returned. We're going to need those if we're to fight the Reds."
"So I and my charge will talk to their representative and explain the situation. We aren't here asking for anything on our account, we're here on behalf of the Sand Dragons, and it is she who is requesting the audience."
"The rest of you should be alert, but not threatening. It serves no one if we get in a fight here. But surrounding our weapons is not something we can do at this point."

Having yet to remove his weapons from his person Koravel simply nods.

Korvac nods and places his weapon back into his sheathe and waits to see what will happen. He slowly moves over to stand closer to Koravel, ready to intervene if anything goes awry.

Callo takes the bow and scimitars, waving for the others to step back. The appearance of the newcomers was at least odd enough that the dragons might be more curious than cautious about their arrival.

The cleric will fallow comands.
The young blue dragon nods when the others are in place. Clear on the message he lets out a second blast this one bit longer, but got the point across.
The blue dragons dont respond at first then a series of blasts much stronger then origion one, he can tell its an older dragon.
Ok here are her tearms : they agree to see the sand dragon you may all acompony her. They agree that by dragon law she has right to honor gaurd, but no weapons are to be drawn and she has right to be escorted into and has right to have emissary to speak for her if she wishes. Yet no bloodshed of any kind while your here unless your attacked first . As guests your to behave as such, and you all reflect on sand dragon king. Nor harm will come to any of you, nor objects taken.

This is what Nokomis wanted, to talk without stripping them of equipment they need to survive. She will ask each person individually if they can abide by the agreement, especially the part about not attacking dragons no matter how insulting they may seem. Anyone who feels they can't abide will need to wait out here. After all, the goal is to recruit them as allies, attacking them is not in our best interest. But with their sense of superiority, they can come off as insulting even when they aren't trying to deliberately insult us. And for that matter, most of the dragons here probably are superior to us! Nokomis could win a fight with her half brother, but she wouldn't want to take on a full grown dragon if it can possibly be avoided!

Callo nods are Nokomis's suggestion, "the lesser dragon clans have been most accommodating of late, the reds must be pushing them hard."

Korvac, being familiar with his own tribe's idiosyncrasies, is fully prepared to abide by their terms. He thinks to himself that, after all, they are seeking out these dragons for aid and if they don't get the aid of the dragons, they might as well be dead anyway. He then simply states "Their house, their rules, I will abide"

Koravel smirks, "don't worry about me, I'm no glory hound" Koravel figured that he would simply fade into the background by standing stoic throughout the proceedings. Picking unnecessary fights with dragons was within his cousin's purview, not his.

You all are led inside the sand castle.
You go into a few chambers until u get to what looks like a solid door of sand. The guards fire lighning into it and it opens.
As the party files in, pillars of sand hold what looks like the entire roof is sand and even the ground was sand, yet the pillars were not sinking down into it. they can see sand Statutes of large dragons with blue sapphires in the eyes. They see 5 to a side. In the very center of the room a chair made of only blue sapphires large enough to hold an old dragon.

Callo silently takes notes of the guards positions and continues to watch her surroundings for magic, making sure to keep track of the distance they descend underground should she need to create a dimensional door to escape and looking specifically for any anchoring or teleportation blocking spells within the chamber.
She left the talking to the dragons however.

She does not see any magic that would prevent teleportation or has anti magic.
( does she still have true sight ability or did that change when we transfered over to pathfinder? If she still has it she can see a lot more magic things. )

( does she still have true sight ability or did that change when we transfered over to pathfinder? If she still has it she can see a lot more magic things. ) She has the spell, it's still in pathfinder. Normally she would just use a combination of detect magic and the longer duration see invisible (which is currently active) as true seeing is expensive to cast and best reserved for penetrating illusions and transmutations. She'd be a little wary about casting any kind of spell infront of the dragons though.
