Garrot will turn the device to face the remaining rider and bear. He will swing his claws at the bear and advance toward them in hopes of giving a shot for someone to hit the goblin.

As Garrot turns he feels the construct roll backwards slightly, though it's many legs prevent it from tipping over. Above the second bear has leapt onto the top of the construct and is scrabbling for a grip barely inches away from Vadania - the animals huge bulk laying atop the open hatch door itself.
One of the goblins atop the bear tries to strike down at Vadania with a spear but the riders are for the most part just trying to hold onto their mount for now.
The second bear retreats a few steps from the construct as it's lone remaining rider fights just to keep it in place.

I thought the construct was engaging the bear with the full load of goblins! That's definitely the more dangerous target, so Vadania would have directed Garrot to that one.

Vadania shifts her bow to her other hand and draws her wooden longsword. She strikes at the bears feet, trying to dislodge it and have it slip off.

Garrot can't do much about the bear on the device (is it that big?) so he looks for another target to approach. While doing it, he starts shifting the device back and forth in hopes of dislodging the bear.

"Try turning," suggests Vadania, hoping to dislodge the bear before it gets around to clawing her face off.
OOC: I've been in a car with a bear reaching though the window to get the cereal box my sister was holding. We escaped unhurt, but it could have been very bad. And having a bear wave it's paw in your general direction is scary!

The bear atop the construct simply clings on, not attacking, and above the goblins spend their efforts keeping it under control - however Vadania can see that one has managed to light a torch or similar, her view of it largely blocked by the bear.
With the construct now turning the second bear comes in from the side and swipes at the legs, slowing the constructs rotation as it pushes against the creatures weight.
The close proximity of the attackers has at least brought a temporary stop to the arrows from the trees.

Did Vadania's attack have any effect? Does it look like it's worth trying again or does it look useless?

Vadania can see that she has injured the bear, though not seriously enough that it is willing to give up it's grip and fall off - it probably thought that jumping up was a better idea at the time.

Vadania would much rather injure the goblins than the bear, but the bear is what she can reach. She again strikes at it's front paws, trying to get it to lift it's paw and fall off. To Garrot she suggests, "Try waggling back and forth, but stay facing the other bear so it can't attack. Lynette, try hitting the bear with the claws."

The bear growls in anger at Vadania's repeated blows and grows more bold in it's movements atop the construct - with the second bear slowing it's rotation it is now much easier to stand on.
Lynette shouts back up, "I can't see it"

Garrot manages to keep control of the construct as it tilts and wobbles while turning against the weight of the two bears, one of the goblins overhead falling off to be crushed beneath it's many legs.
The one he seeks to strike however backs away before one of the constructs claws can catch him, holding it's position a few steps away.
On top of the construct one of the two remaining goblins raises some kind of burning bottle while his companion battles to keep the bear under control. Throwing it down towards Vadania it bursts into flame at her side (3 damage) spilling more burning liquid into the construct. Inside one of the archers recognises the threat, "naphtha!"
Vadania can see the bear on top is uncomfortable but not unaccustomed to fire, it's posture suggests it's seeking to disembark.
