kamon-do was taken advantage of and her family lost everything for it. Elir saved her when the "guards" took her into his forest with more bad intentions for her. she came to the conclusion that life is only as important as you make it so she does not care to kill or capture as either is ok. she wants to be paid and have any treasure that can help her in her future goals.
kamon-do says ohh thrack its not really your things that upset me. E made it clear to me that sometimes you have to kill and really i have no problem with that, but i must make my gold and get magic items to avenge my family's loss to that (draconian swear word) wizard. If you like you can join me but they are posing a block to my goals.

At this point everyone has made it quite clear to Thrack they are taking them alive. He is not a mersonary, he still has not told party what he does cause he does not trust them. If you trust him to kill who needs to be it shows trust. You need to earn his trust Telling him no over and over ment " we don't trust you" over and over. Yet he still offered a drink to others but all he got was questions he could not be fully honest to. He knew he could not say what he does cause he did not turst them. Yet he never lied. Thrack is done talking to people who have shown him that they don't have any interest in how he does things nor respect him. To him there is nothing to get out of telling him over and over he can't kill them. Ok so you don't want him to fine but to him that means you don't want help. So he was leaving regardless but K beat him to it.
Does the rest of the group want to make plans, and possibly look at recruiting more help? |

Once the job offer was posted, all they could do was wait and see if anyone was interested. Since there was nothing on the job listing to identify them, they would have to watch and see who looked interested.
They didn't have to wait too long before a human woman dressed in well-worn black leather armor came in, and glanced at the job board. After looking at their notice, she glanced around the room, before going to the bar.
It looked like they may have found themselves a rogue, but when the woman got to the bar she asked for a glass of water. She touched the water with the tip of her finger, and it turned a very dark red. As she took a sip from the transformed water, they realized that this was not a rogue they were looking at.

The woman turns head, causing her black hair to bounce before she answers, "Perhaps, depending on what the job is. The description was a bit vague. I couldn't tell if you wanted to rob a rich landowner or sneak in and kill him in his sleep. Or what you had in mind."

Thrack is silent but stands as requested. He was never great at meeting new people but her question inntreeged him. He had to make a call on if he was going to trust her or not. Yet his "act" today was not winning the day so he decided to go with something a little unpredictable.
He gives k a look that says I know it's a risk but I need you to back me on this one.
In his normal voice
" I'm Thrack, The reason we were vauge is we did not want others to know what we are doing and go take it underneath our nose.
Robbing is not exactly what we are doing
The building is empty. normally not worth a second look however a story was told the people living there hid a few things before they died.
We would like to find what got hidden.
There could be traps and the like so the 2 of us was not enough, we need a full party. Would you be interested?"

The woman answered, "Good, I prefer not to have the town guard hunting for me, so I leave the townsfolk alone. Makes it easier to get a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. If you were attacking someone in town still alive I would have told you no. Next question, do you expect to find something that needs killing there?"

" We are hoping not but agian things that are non human could have moved in so I have no way of knowing. If your oposed to killing please understand killing evil things my be nessesary on the mission. I will never harm the innocent.
However if others are doing evil and the town gaurd wants them dead or alive please understand I'm not killing for fun or enjoyment.
I know I look as I do but not all of us are that way.
I'm doing so to stop the evil.
Our last team did not see it that I was trying to do the right thing by stopping the evil in my own way.

But I like relaxing in town afterwards, so I avoid killing townsfolk. So there might be things to kill, but you're not sure. So final question, what's the pay?"
