Al spins his axes lit a little top. Its cuts chunk after chunk. Peaces of tenicals go flying. The body and tail are severed blood and guts sprying.
Yet its purple blood.

Varis gives an approving nod toward Al as he delivers the killing blow to the next of the worms. He hadn't expected the man to hold his own and was pleasantly surprised. Turning around to scan the rest of the chaos, Varis sees Sven and Wind fighting a rather rounded looking grick while Callo and the wolf had some of the smaller creatures before them. Seeing another one of the large gricks, relatively unharmed by the looks of it, moving in to attack his already occupied companions, Varis charges in to draw its attention. Both hands gripping his blade, he goes in for a string of attacks.
(Varis shall move to G4 and recklessly attack big grick#4)

With the Gricks getting a little too close for comfort Callo opens up with a barrage of fire on the closet one, readying a magic shield should it attack again. Ok so update on the last Big Grick then given it cant go for bat targets. The razor blades dig into Svens armor caving large marks into it but not digging into flesh. The Grick is not able to bite her ether.
It was time to knock this one down and way and save it for later. The tail of the big Grick swings hits sven in the ribcage. For 1 dmg to current hp given the 13 temp is taken off first and any leftover/carry over is then to current hp in this case one point.
( So good that tentical missed to dig in.)
Str roll of Dc 15 or be knocked back and prone.

Wind is battered and bloody, and knows not what is ahead. His voice sounds like a maelstrom, but changes into yips and barks as his form morphs into that of an enormous hyena.

Falcor gets advantage on attack given he is flanking with Wind.
UJ5nmuNBp_1-20+ his bonus hits.
Also the Still alive small grick will gets what is called an attack of opportunity
(For those who might no know what they are or how they work: what they are is One free attack from the one not moving away to the one leaving its threat area normaly 5 ft these have 10 as do big ones). This case small Grick is staying put and Flacor is going by them. that takes up attacker's reaction for the turn. Tho do note going into/near in this case the big Grick does not given he is only entering its threat rage and not leaving it.
Now if on his next turn he moves out of its threat area that one would also get one. So its important to kmow its only if u leave a threat area not when you enter them.)
From Grickp_1-20+ its base does not come close It hisses as Falcor darts past it to his master.1-20�1-20

The combination of many devine strikes along with many other wounds ot took from Svens allies still hanging on to its last. Yet Flacor shaking off his dizzynes hears over the battle. " Falcor to me" he glances at callo who just basted the other small one and woffs to mean " Ill draw its fire but sven need me. Ill be right back.
As Sven is landing her blows she sees
Him exteand his wings and flaps away from the small grick to her. It strikes out at his legs yet missing him completly. He flys above and ontop of the larger grick. As she tough him he bites the neck given no jugular. The Grick rithing in pain shreaking tries to toss Flacor off but he digs his jaws in with all his strength. Then large Grick goes limp. He looks to Sven and Howells.

Omar knew he needed to free up Callos blasting was his best move now. Sven was holding her own being on the brink. Falcor was taking a good amount for his size thus far and help take down a big grick too. AL was remarkable ok and should be way more injured then he was. Varis he saw go toe to toe with so many things now he knows any blow it does to him now wont be as effective on him so he can take its attacks. Wind was the one he worried for the most taking those last blows. Yet he had the others to draw fire along with a spirit weapon . He also knew healing Winds animal form that took no damage would do the team no good. ( he cant heal druid hp given your in animal form. if he did it could only heal your animal form. The healing also does not carry over if you take hp dmg in A.F and gets it past its max hp point.)
-Yet if i recall if u use spell slots u gain back animal form hp but ill relook in a bit if thats what u wish to do on turn. If he could get her a clearer shot her blasts along with the full team up on the last Large Grick it did not stand a chance.

The Fireblade lights the area with reddish and orangeish light. Buring it cuts into the grick lopping and burring off two of the tenicals. Then the second strike into the maw of the vile creature. choking on the blade the gick began buring in the innor of its body then the outter. in seconds all that remains is a chared grick.
Since all of the small gricks are gone and bats unsummoned. Leaves last Grick to act on new round.

The last Grick then seams to stop almost like it was comanded to yet nothing was heared by the party. Then a massaive High pitched screatching ecos in the cave. Simular to the gricks screams yet much larger. The cave shakes yet not a cave in at least not yet.
With the party having to cover thier ears all but wind.
The Large grick disengaged with the party and darts into one ofthe closeset holes.
Combat over. yet what else just made that awful sound?

Wind : you have a flash and a vision. The maw you saw in the sand that tried to eat you had a purple body or was it trying to take u you someplace? For it did not munch on you. Yet only recall one massave maw with many sets of teeth. As it tajes you now You see from eyes of the creature. Its feeling of hunger and loneliness. Your masters who were your friends are dead. You needed food for your young you will soon lay. You dig large tunnals massave tunnals from the purple desert to this mt range there other of your kind wont find them with a larger food sources. In there you see your hungry so you eat enrolds drink vibrant liquid and glowing fungus and rocks. It begins to morph as you shink in size but not by much your now green with purples blending along with 8 razzer tenticals. The last thing you see before you come too is now you have laid a brood of eggs soon to hatch. lots of purple green eggs.( think Godzilla 2000 movie but bit smaller.)
Then you hear pesky beings ( miners singing and joking and cut holes near your family endangering them . NONE WILL THREATEN YOUR BABIES!.

Wind slowly, regrettably, and forced, reverts back to his natural form. The vision left him shaken. A premonition? The present?
He whistles loudly to get everyone’s attention, then places his finger over his beak in an attempt to sshh them as he reaches into his pouch. His fingers, having a small residue of grey ash pull out a small sprig of desert spruce as he softly sounds an incantation. The area’s shadows seem to darken and the sounds seem to muffle as the others try to figure what is going on...
(Pass Without a Trace within 30 feet. Stealth is +10.)

Al holds out his mug it fills with liquid and gives it to most injured ones first.
It can only heal so much a day, its a nifty tool to have when in long excurtions such as this. If i knew what was down here i would have brough my hole stash of bottle potions upstairs.
Each drink is 1d8 per no wisdom bonuses to them but resets every 24 hrs. It has 7 charges its to help heal without using to many hit dice tho some of you took quite abit of dmg this fight. Let me know who drinks and how many drinks of it you take. You can short rest, or force martch rules in Matt Mercer's campain guide rules on force marches.

Varis slowly removes his hands from his ears, eyes locked on the hole the last of the creatures had fled down. This was why he hated being underground. There was always something larger living below the surface and far too many directions for them to come from. He could only imagine what had let out that kind of scream. Varis nods toward Wind, agreeing that it might be best to make little noise in the moment. Wind had an unusual way with nature and looked visibly disturbed, not a good sign. As Al offers out a drink, Varis nods toward some of the others, motioning for him to tend to them first.
(I'm currently at 95/117 my normal health, 108/130 with the 13 temp HP. Which how long do the temp HP last if not used? Is it for an hour, until a rest, etc?)
(And following Wind's lead, stealth check to try to be quiet as we get ourselves together following the battle)

Al lookes at varis and sees he cares about his team.
" Lad you can always see to others first but at times i hope you know its ok to tend to yourself you cant protect them if your dead first. I saw taking a beating like that will ware on your mind over time. It takes one to know one so please take at least one.
Varis sees a few battal scars Al has its a wide range of axes bolt and arrow shots bites and claw marks all scabed over.
It seams Al was in fact more then just an old bar tender.
