Chunker, Perhaps I could have been less speciffic, but Cel seemed to be stuck on 2e rules, and I felt that using terms like flat footed and helpless wouldn't really be much help to him. It's just like with any game where someone doesn't know the rules. I have no problem telling them what they need to do to kill my guy or give them proper and clear instruction on how to do exactly what they want to do once they specify that to me.
Trust me, I didn't think that you guys would end up getting yourselves into a fight where you had just as good a shot of winning as you did at losing. But it was your call so I'm not going to stop you.
Cel-Once again, you can't flank with a bow. And seeing as how Sylver is not currently flat footed or otherwise denied his dex bonus, you will not get sneak attack damage with your bow. It's not a matter of my rules, my game, it's just what the SRD says in terms of sneak attack criteria.
In any case, we move on.

The bloodshed continues as some cry out for reason and others let the words fall on deaf ears.
Melgrin withdraws himself from the fray involving the two holy men, and takes up a position near to Sylphine.
Timara moves deftly away from Devon, and sends another arrow at Girin. The missile sinks into flesh, the killing shot it seems, as the armor clad man falls to the floor in a heap of blood and steel.
Devon remains hot on Timara's heels, following her into her corner. He strikes out once more, but again Timara is too quick and the fencer hits nothing but the tips of the scout's hair as she whips her head to the side in order to avoid the attack (die result =5+9=miss).
Plai holds his fire (no post)
Kaito sends another arrow at Sylver, hoping to bring the paladin down with a well placed shot.

Sando withdraws as well, taking notice of his distressed nymph.
"Tze cards are stained red, and look what you have done to Sylphine. Tze game is off." he announces with disgust as he too moves near to the nymph, taking her into his arms.
Those nearest the fey hear Sando whisper something into Sylphine's ear. She nods, sobbing and covering her eyes with a hand. With another hand, she makes a single gesture and a shimmering portal appears before her. Just as quickly, the portal vanishes, along with the four nature spirits.
Sylver remains driven to combat and sets his sights and sword on the cleric once more. But this time, his hand is lead by a god whose holy warrior seeks to erradicate evil in his name.
The sword comes down hard on Damascus, and for the second time a holy man collapses to the ground, smitten by the wrath of the divine.
(die results =24, dmg =15)
Remi makes his way into the house and comes bounding down the hallway, determined not to lose his brother over something like this. He keeps his crossbow at the ready. (don't know how far you wanted to go, but I put you at max movement w/ double move. let me know)
Now then. You have killed a man. It is only fitting that you should take your own life, that you may apologize to him before the gods.
(Timara, granted will save unless suicide is something which she doesn't have much of a problem with)
DC 20 w/ +2 bonus
[dice=20]=Pass
Timara fights the compulsion to draw her dagger and turn it upon herself. She fights without much effort to drive the controlling voice from her head. Soon enough, her mind is cleared and feeling much better. She is confident, to a reasonable extent, that she may now act freely and according to her own will and desire.
Caspian looks around in horror, seeing the two men nearest him fallen dead and bloody on the ground.
In a state of panick, he moves quickly to the kitchen. All who are within the dining room and capable, hear the man's footfalls, fast and heavy as he makes his way down a flight of stairs.
