Double your penalties for not having arms (should be -4). I'm just gonna call Climb impossible for you, right along with Spot. Give all Str and Dex based skills an additional -4 for being blind. Sense Motive and Search will also take a -4 penalty. Escape Artist does not get a bonus. Listen, however, does (+2 Bonus). Lastly, a -4 penalty on Reflex saves.
Don't forget that you still have a 50% miss chance whenever you attack someone due to Total Concealment, though you get to reroll it for Blindfight.
Also, you're completely insane. Not your character, you. But if you can pull this off, I will be duly impressed.

Background: “You want to know about The Blind Monk Targon? Well you came to the right guy, because I discovered him. I was working for a Division 3 team down on its luck at the time. The roster was dwindling every month and the money was getting short. With limited money to hire specialists and mages we were resorting to hiring from the scum of society. Mainly thugs to make up numbers. Hell we were even hiring Halflings.”
“Then one day, while accompanying a monster recruitment mission in Orc City 2 we happened to pass by a small monastry. I saw this half-orc monk training by himself busting some amazing moves. He seemed just the guy we needed. You know how much the crowds love half-orcs right? The guy was Targon of course. He was pretty disgruntled with the brutish ways of his half brothers and was eager to join up just to get out of Orc City 2”
“So we had our new star and were ready to put him in his first Xcrawl but I remember that that specific crawl we still had no one who could disable traps so seeing as he seemed quite light on his feet we decided the only thing to do was just have Targs upfront to set them off. So Targon started out his career as Targon the Trap-Triggerer. The crowds loved it. Seeing the plucky big guy dodging out of the way of all manner of fiendish devices had them cheering like crazy. They loved him. Umm, he did unfortunately get his arm sliced clean off by a blade trap though. Shame. But I tell you what the crowd cheered and loved him even more! He even survived the dungeon. There was talk of replacing him then but from the press coverage after it was clear that he was now becoming too popular. Targon himself didn’t relish being dropped from the team to go back to the Orc City and so he continued. The next few dungeons the DJs made a point of upping the trap count, hoping to give the crowd what they wanted, the spectacle of Targon losing another part of his body. Not before too long Targon failed to dodge a triple blade trap and lost his other arm. Yet again the mental fortitude of his training as a monk gave him the resolve to continue. He was also getting more well known. How long could this armless monk go on?”
“The last dungeon however he had an accident that would have ended most crawlers careers. He set off a massive acid bolt trap straight at his face. The damage was huge searing the skin right off his face and leaving him completely blind in both eyes. It seemed he had finally got unlucky enough and despite his popularity we had to drop him from the team. If he couldn’t even see where he was going he had no chance right?”
“Targon was determined to get back on a team somehow though. He went back to his monastry and continued his training. After months of being out of the sport the monks had worked the impossible. They had tought the blind Targon to fight despite his blindness and lack of arms. Apparently scouts from several different teams were sent out to the monastry to see if the trap-triggerer really was back on form. He obviously had it his mojo back as he got signed straight back up.”
“It’s his first crawl of his comeback today. I guess that’s why you are interviewing me though right? Targos the Triggerer, once a huge crowd favourite, now blind and with no arms is back after a 6 month absence from the Xcrawl. Will he show the world that “Armless don’t mean Harmless” and “He may not see ya! but he’ll still kill ya!”? The crowds hope so. The placards say so. I know I won’t be alone in tuning in hoping so.”
Description: A strapping creature wearing an elaborate helm covering most of his face apart from enough of his lower face to see the characteristic tusks that make it clear he has orcish blood. Apart from his well known helm Targon is distinctive because of his sleek armless figure. His torso is swathed in tightly cut white martial arts robes covered with almost too many embroidered patches with slogans on. If you read Targon for long enough you would find out that “Armless don’t mean Harmless”, “He may not see ya! But he’ll still kill ya!”, you should “Bring on the Gorgons!”, “try and trap me!”, “Two legs left”, “Buy Xcrawlberg”, “only real fans squint this hard” and, well if you want to know the others you’ll have to watch the show.

You know, there are a lot of ways to compensate for blindness beyond simply taking the Blind-Fight feat. There's the PHB II's Keen-Eared Scout feat, which would help quite a bit. There is a feat that gets you blindsight 5 ft, but it needs a 19 Wisdom, keeping it out of your reach for quite a while. There are some Listen skill tricks in Complete Adventurer that will also make you significantly less boned. You could take Hidden Talent (Synesthete) to negate your blindness for two ten-minute periods per day.
It's an interesting concept, and I'd really rather not see it die right out of the gate.

The others are viable concepts, but not Hidden Talent. Remember, no psionics.
I also suggested the 'Blindfold of True Darkness', which grants 30' Blindsight but disallows any sight-related abilities. It's 9k, though, and would be most of his CP.
Keen-eared scout is a good idea. So are skill tricks, though he has incredibly few skill points to work with.

I unfortunately have none of those books so was somewhat limited optionwise. If someone gives me the details of the keen-eared scout or listem tricks that would make my character even better I'd be happy to incorporate them.
You never know a creative DJ may put one of those blindfolds in the dungeon somewhere.

Keen-Eared Scout requires six ranks of Listen and either Alertness or Skill Focus (Listen). It allows you to learn more about the source of a noise if you beat the Listen DC by 5 or more. Beat it by 5, and you determine the size, speed, and direction of the source of the noise. Beat it by 10, and you determine the precise, current position of the creature or object that caused the sound. Beat it by 15 or more, and you determine the type of armor the creature wears and what it carries, if anything. Beat it by 20 or more, and you learn the creature's type and subtypes. Also, you gain a +5 bonus on Listen checks to pinpoint invisible creatures.
I would also suggest a magic item that gives a bonus to Listen.

Y'know, Remove Remove Blindness/Deafness is a 3rd level spell.
Witch does mean our cleric can cast it.
Their are also magical arms in D&D, but they are in Relgions of Eberrion and DoF, witch arn't allowed.

Their are also magical arms in D&D, but they are in Relgions of Eberrion and DoF, witch arn't allowed. I'm pretty sure it's not something he wants fixed. Nobody forced him to have a blind character. It can be assumed the acid trap burned away his eyes completely, ergo a Remove Blindness will not cut it. There's still a good point to be made for Regenerate, which would fix eyes and arms... But *shrug* chock it up to marketing. A mangled half-orc is better publicity.
