The German nearest the tank catches a bullet in the back from an unseen shooter. He tries in vain to remove the luger from his belt, but can only get the pistol half out before he slumps against the side of the armored beast. His body slides flat, leaving a trail of slick crimson on the side. [Rolled Nat 1 on FORT Save.]
The remainder of the Germans have now fully slipped into chaos. The presence of the huge man on the Western side of the camp forces screams of "Ein Riese!" and "Ein Monster!!" None are brave enough to stick around, firing sporadic pot-shots into the night high above their heads as they head for the main gate. Those on the Northeast side hear their brothers' screams and see the outlined body of the immense Billy in the camp lights. They too consider this a lost cause, despite the orders from their commanders, and they retreat from the interior of the camp. The Germans begin to cluster near the gate, furiously working to get it open. Between all of them, they should have it open within a few seconds...
