Lothar raises his hands, as if he doesn't understand what all the fuss is about. "Please, all in good time, I'm not going anywhere now am I?""It is true, I do have a section of a map pertaining to Dragon Mountain," he says, taking out a small pipe and lighting some tobacco to smoke. He casts occasional glances at Mel as he speaks, those looks are filled with menace, not the friendly demeanour with which he addresses the rest of you. "Where the other pieces are, I could not tell you. My own piece was kept by Lord Cavius of Beleme until, recently..", he trails off, and puffs thoughtfully before continuing. "He felt he no longer needed it, and gave it to me."Mel interjects here, he and the crew growing increasingly restless as the conversation continues along lines other than Lothar's incarceration. "He's lying! He's lying you idiots! He'll lead you astray, he'll take you off Braben-knows-where on a fools errand, and you'll be dead in a ditch with nothing to show for it!""Him and them Goblins of his! They'll stick ya til you're dead!"Lothar puffs his pipe and keeps his eyes on Shay who he has been speaking with while Mel rages and storms about on the deck pointing here and there as he goes, waving his arms in the air. "And what about my boat!? Look at the damage! That's hundreds of guineas of repair waiting on my reward for turning this jackal in!""The map is at my holdings, four days ride from here, west."{The only other lead you have is the hedge-witch, Gerdie, in Whitehill, which is but two days ride back the way you came to the North.}

"A map to the mountain" Crom rumbles, turning towards Lothar. Moving faster than many would expect for a man of his size he grabs Lothar by the throat and lifts him high above the deck "You take us for fools!" While Crom is having a bit of fun Lothar-lifting, Elthar moves behind Lothar and prepares a good old charm-person spell as a backup.
{OOC: I'm not sure how you'd want to resolve this, I'd guess if the intimidation fails in any way I'd be likely to spot, go for the charm}
If that goes ahead, He'd move up and try to separate Crom first, hopefully making a good impression on lothar to help with the charming.

Shay attempts to do some math in his head based on the travel times he might be looking at. Four days to Lothar's map, two days to the witch. Never very good at math, Shay decides to stick with the here and now for the moment.
"Four days away, what's it doing there, collecting dust? You know you were planning on using it. You've probably got it memorized down pat, that's why you don't need to bring it with you. Where's the damn mountain Lothar? Now's a good time to start talking."
Shay is frustrated and wants answers. Every bit of time wasted gives Dragon Mountain another chance to pack up and move again. He keeps picturing the mountain, every time just a little further from his reach.
(Not sure if Crom's action is going to force initiative, but if he does get a grip on Lothar, Shay will speak the above in order to elaborate on the terms of the intimidation. If not, he'll just hope for an answer.)

"It does sound pretty silly," Dalien says. "Drawing a map to the mountain is useless, given its tendency to not stay put."
The elf frowns throughtfully. "Maybe you should just crush his head, Crom, and we can get moving on our other lead. Lothar doesn't seem too useful."
"And you!" Dalien adds sharply, point at Mel, "Can shut up while we're talking, or you'll have a lot more to worry about than your boat."
"Gods people in the burg are touchy."

Matrox frowns and speaks attempting to soothe the situation "Lothar, i share my comrades' suspicion about the map....how does it tell us where the mountain is? We all know it moves about.....that is unless it leads us somewhere which may then lead us to the mountain..." Matrox thinks for a moment...was this possible? Probably...Practical? Well, that was question.
