SEA GREEN
{Logistically, you can certainly fly low but you would be relying almost solely on those with darkvision or low-light vision. Antyca will need her own eyes to keep from striking tall trees, outcroppings etc. If you want to risk it, it's possible and certainly not going to be disasterous, but only those with the above mentioned abilities can do it and they cannot be aided.
Alternatively, you would guess that some Dwarven Guards would not be blitzed, perhaps near the mouth of the fortress? I will also say there are some people within the city limits that do not celebrate as heartily as others.
Let me know what you're doing; riding now, waiting till dawn, finding a non-drunk person of authority.}

I don't see what you're talking about.
"These sand giants are a nomadic people and as such, do not deem themselves reigned by me." Amassu answers your questions while the cloud continues to descend. "They do not believe themselves to belong to one land and thus they fail to recognize my authority. What they do not understand is that the sky touches all and I am the sky. I am their king as rightfully determined by the games and they will answer to my laws."
"It is out of disrespect that they fail to pay tribute."
You note brown shapes slowly blending with the blue of the sky, you are very near to the ground. Dusty dunes rise to the meet the sky occasionally dotted with sparse desert fauna. A bleak place.
"I have formely sent request for tribute which has not only gone ignored, but has been returned with blatant insult to my throne."
Amassu moves to one side of the doorway, remaining blocked by the cloudy home until he has been properly introduced. He straightens his armor and weapons, taking barely a moment to glance outside. Your eyes follow his and you note a collection of five giant figures gathered on the sandy dunes outside waiting someone to emerge from the cloudy vehicle. They are dressed in loose rags that hide their skin from the desert sun and keep the sand out of their nose and mouths. A few pull camels along, the great mammals looking very small next to their giant counterparts. They look like the nomads Amassu spoke of.
The Sky-King looks to you to announce his entrance.

Lenny -
Moving towards the rear of the building, it is easy to remain well out of sight of the two Death-Speakers at the door. With only a small lantern above them, they are shrouded in a thin halo of light and cannot see much farther than fort feet or so. Ample room for a skilled rogue like yourself to slip about unnoticed.
You move the rear of the warehouse and are disappointed. It is a solid pane of oak timbers. There is no other door, no windows or others points of entry. The timbers themselves are old and could possibly be pried free of their molding, but at the cost of silence. Clearly this warehouse was built with the sole purpose of getting goods in and out of the front door...that's it. You don't even see a ladder to the second floor--if this place has one.
Slipping around to the far side, you note something that might be of some use. Another warehouse sits directly across a thin alley from this one with less than ten feet between the two buildings. This other warehouse has ladders, windows and even a balcony jutting from what appears to be an upper level study of some kind. The building is dark and silent, but might offer you an opportunity to get on the roof.
Maybe there is a way in through the top of this place?

All Others -
You watch Lenny disappear in the darkness, his skill evident as he merges with the shadow. With Thalia long gone, you have nothing to do but wait for Lenny to return and offer you promise of an easier way to get in. You slip back behind a nearby deserted building in an effort to remain hidden.

Tyrano - You're not entirely sure, but you thought you heard something move about in an alleyway next to you, but it sounded like a chittering rat or some other vermin scurrying along. Here in the depths of New Ravenshead, it's not surprising.
What is surprising is that you hear voices from the front of the warehouse. Two male voices and a female voice, calling to each other and beginning conversation. Emerging from the shadows in an alley just a few dozen feet over is Thalia.
She's walking straight towards the Death-Speakers!
