Hearing the Wyverns coming in good time, Crom is able to throw Torden once they get in range, stunning them both and severely wounding one, which barely manages to stay in the sky as it drops with a screech and rakes itself across tree tops in an effort to stay on the wing.
The thunder clap from Torden wakes the rest of you up, and you heave yourselves to your feet (or run off and hide in the foliage with your blanket) while the Wyverns spend a round wondering what in Cambridge just hit them!
Dalien fires an arrow at the closest Wyvern as it circles above the camp, stunned into indecision. I'll make your attack roll for you. 11-[dice=20] hits AC 7 - miss. The arrows goes astray.
Matrox throws his blanket aside, and seeing the two large forms of the Wyverns circling overhead, summons an Ice Storm, catching one of them in its furious biting blizzard. [dice=10][dice=10][dice=10] = 21 damage. Already wounded by Torden and its high speed descent into the tree tops, the Wyvern screeches one last time and crashes to the ground like a fallen tree. Ice and frost sprays over you all as the frozen beast's carcass breaks free of Matrox's wizardly rime.
Actions and initiative please. The remaining Wyvern is circling the camp 80 yards high.

Elthar doesn't have a lot to do while things are so far away, onjly flamestrike and that's for ground targets He'll stand mace & shield at the ready, and a neutralize poison prepped in case someone needs it fast just in case: init: [dice=10][rand=36850147773433817153823047071302570350018851135753832675983541261266]

Dalien grumbles something about scorpion-tailed bastards in the middle of the night and fires off another couple of arrows--hopefully more accurate ones.THAC0 11, RoF 2, d6+2 damage. [dice=20] AC -5, probably hits [dice=20] AC 9, miss

{No, it's still initiative once per encounter. I just wanted inits from those who hadn't rolled it yet, and I wanted to remind those who had that it's useless unless I get a weapon speed/casting time for each round's action.
So, roll init once per encounter, but every round, tell me your weapon speed/casting time depending on what you're doing. Does that make sense?}

[Sure, but I don't see a weapon speed listed for the bow; just a rate of fire. I can put it on the sheet if you let me know what it is.]

With much grumbling, Shay finally gets up after his brother kicks him.
He fumbles around in an effort to locate his bow and tries to find the thing that he was supposed to shoot while wiping his eyes.
"This is crazy, I'm tired," he complains while taking his shots.
Shay was still young by elven standards, so the haughty and better than thou attitudes which tended to be adopted by most every member of his race hadn't fully sunken in. He was still lazy, hoping for maximum outcome with minimum effort. His own impressionable mind and his brother's asperity only tended to bring this side out of him more often.
With a yawn and several blinks of his eyes, he fires, hopefully at the right thing, though he figures that if he misses it, someone else would get it for him.
