SEA GREEN
All Others -
The Guard listens closely as Sean divulges what it is that brings you to the fortress Bazarkak. The greeting appears to be well received, but when the ground ripples like a blanket once more, he can't help but comment.
"Well...that's very unusual if you must ask." He looks frantically around, watching the ripple shake buildings, topple celebrators and generally cause more ruckus than he's used to. In reference to his liege, he states authoritatively. "Castle is sealed up for the celebration. I'm not to let anyone in without it being an emergency. So unless your business is official in some manner, I'm afraid you'll have to wait."
The ground ripples far to the Eastern side of town and a grim worry graces the guards' face.

You feel the insubstantial cloud beneath your feet shake as the giant Amassu makes his way outward. The cloud giants' face is stern and his stride confident and tyrannical. Just his presence alone make the other Sand Giants' nervous and forces the camels to pull away in a skittish tug. The Sand Giants stand their ground though and do their best to look tough in the behemoths' shadow.
{I see from your sheet you do not speak giant, I will not bother putting up dialogue. Hope that is OK.}
Amassu bellows a command in the native tongue of the giants, his voice like rolling thunder. His edict is powerful in inflection alone.
The sand giants retort with a meek statement, yet one they seem to wholeheartedly believe in. A few of them release the grips on the camels' reigns and place it on the hilts of massive scimitars.
In his own retort, Amassu flips the strap on his massive mace aside and pulls the weapon free. He plants the head of the mace down with such force that you swear you feel the sand ripple at your feet. To the Sand Giants, this is a show of force that sends them all back a few steps. Amassu again repeats his edict in an even more stern tone, the smell of ozone and the faint rumble of thunder accompanying it.
Still, the Sand Giants reply in a manner that makes you believe they are refusing his command and his rule. Amassu growls, growing more angry with each passing second.
[Spot Check] For a split second, your eyes drift from the battle of wills to the dunes around. You spot fleeting movement behind the crest of a dune to Amassu's flank, not enough to identify what it is, but enough to make you think something is moving around back there.

{I will give you two choices. Let me know which one you'd rather do;
1) Make a DC 15 Jump check (Slightly higher DC with not having a full, clear 20' running jump). This will place you safely on the roof of the other building.
2) Gather some boards from the roof of this building and slap them across to the roof of the other building. Crossing this rickety bridge will require a DC 15 balance check.
Let me know and we'll get you across.}

{Sorry, still crude map. }
Tyrano steps to the corner drawing his bow in one swift move. The arrow looses faster than the blink of an eye and sails towards its target. Unfortunately, the arrow drives into the wood of the door with a resounding 'thunk', just inches from the Deathspeakers' face.
With a 5ft step I can get you to the corner of the building, but that will still grant cover. I can't draw a clear line from all four corners of your square to all four of the Deathspeaker without slipping the building, this grants cover +4. Otherwise you would have totally nailed him.
Wanderer slips to the North, drawing his blade and preparing for a charge...
Gildas slips quietly around to the other building, remaining well within the shadows of the night. He draws his javelin and sword, ready to charge into the fray.
