My initial idea was to take her with us and leave her outside the tower hiding of somewhere but Harknail said if we wanted her to survive we should leave her behind, but now that is not sounding like a good option either. Little unsure which to do hence why I was hoping that one of the townfolk might have use of a helper for a bit in exchange for looking after her wellbeing whilst we were away.
If no one in the town is up to that then I suggest she comes along and we try and find her a good hiding place and leave her with enough food for a few days.

Unless I hear otherwise, I'm going to go with the "Get Ready, Get Sart, Go" :-)
I'll assume that endure elements is cast on her as well.

Sorry for not posting the last week (moved, started job, find and set up apartment, formatted and reinstalled my harddrive). Although it looks like we paused so it was a good time for it. 1. I would like to know Lairaunwen Elereth's share of party treasure (and which new pieces of equipment are coming out of a general fund) so I can add it to her character sheet. 2. Laira buys a set of winter clothing, and an everburning torch. If Laira has enough money left she'll purchase a longbow and 30 arrows (warlock powers don't have much range). Laira Elereth will also point out, "I hope everyone brought climbing gear and an everburning torch. We might find it to not be that easy to light a fire or walk across ice once we head out." Diplomacy (with beguiling tongue): [dice=20]+9+5 =19 3. Any churches or shrines for Corellon Larethian in town? 4. Where is the most interesting tavern or other place where people gather, especially at night? [rand=24171455784630025449224482482887931557722072822032681107484078574]

Sorry for not posting the last week (moved, started job, find and set up apartment, formatted and reinstalled my harddrive). Although it looks like we paused so it was a good time for it. No problem, I'm still working on getting the next scenario ready to actually play. I've been busy juggling this and the three face to face games that I'm running. 1. I would like to know Lairaunwen Elereth's share of party treasure (and which new pieces of equipment are coming out of a general fund) so I can add it to her character sheet. After some discussion, it seems that the money isn't being divided at all, rather it is being kept as a pool for buying group items. This includes the money that was paid specifically to Bharash. So far this money has been used to buy 220 gold pieces worth of arcane ritual components, 2 custom made sunrods for Harknail, and 1 ever burning torch (modified to fit Harknail's torch slot in his shoulder). Rather than purchasing winter clothing for everyone, the group is going to be protected with an Endure Elements, which provides much better protection from cold. Bharash has plenty of ritual components to renew this ritual as often as needed. A2. Laira buys a set of winter clothing, and an everburning torch. If Laira has enough money left she'll purchase a longbow and 30 arrows (warlock powers don't have much range). Laira Elereth will also point out, "I hope everyone brought climbing gear and an everburning torch. We might find it to not be that easy to light a fire or walk across ice once we head out." Diplomacy (with beguiling tongue): +9+5 =19 It seems that there is an Elven Longbow available for 1/5 normal cost :-) Specifically Sanem is selling his bow now that he has a magic longbow. I will deduct the cost of the bow and a quiver of arrows from the group treasury. I don't think anyone has climbing gear, but one set would generally be enough for everyone. For light we have one ever burning torch, most people have two sunrods, and Bharash as his light spell as well as a magical means of lighting torches (which is about the only way to light Harknail's ancient torches). Do you still want winter gear and an ever burning torch for Laira? 3. Any churches or shrines for Corellon Larethian in town? No, the closest temple to Corellion is at the primarily Elven village that Laira came from most recently, located in the ridge woods. 4. Where is the most interesting tavern or other place where people gather, especially at night? The most interesting would probably be Ravens Roost. This is the tavern visited by the rowdier locals, along with the seedier elements. The furnishings are very sturdy, they need to be to survive the almost nightly bar fights! This is the place for people who have been kicked out of all the other taverns in town. Also, I've added a new thread in the miscellaneous section for locations around Moonhaven: here

Between here and the treasure thread I've seen several characters wanting winter clothing. I've looked for a price for this, but I don't see anything along those lines. I could make up a price, but instead I'm going to assume that everyone already equipped with traveling gear, which includes overcoats and hats and such that can be worn for bad weather or removed for good weather. So everyone has winter clothing, no charge :-)

"After some discussion, it seems that the money isn't being divided at all, rather it is being kept as a pool for buying group items." Lairaunwen Elereth would like at least 20 gp out of the treasure for petty cash so she doesn't have to ask the party for minor purchases.
It seems that there is an Elven Longbow available for 1/5 normal cost :-) Specifically Sanem is selling his bow now that he has a magic longbow. I will deduct the cost of the bow and a quiver of arrows from the group treasury." That's fine.
"I don't think anyone has climbing gear, but one set would generally be enough for everyone. For light we have one ever burning torch, most people have two sunrods, and Bharash as his light spell as well as a magical means of lighting torches (which is about the only way to light Harknail's ancient torches)." Laira Elereth has her own climber's kit she's been using.
"Do you still want winter gear and an ever burning torch for Laira?" Yes.
"The most interesting would probably be Ravens Roost. This is the tavern visited by the rowdier locals, along with the seedier elements. The furnishings are very sturdy, they need to be to survive the almost nightly bar fights! This is the place for people who have been kicked out of all the other taverns in town." Ah, well Laira will probably be at one of the other taverns in her fine clothes then, dancing, socializing, and listening to some of the better bards perform.

I got the impression that there isn't any other tavern.

I got the impression that there isn't any other tavern. There are three taverns, The Raven's Roost for rowdy locals, The Silver Unicorn for those locals who are better behaved (they even had a minstrel for entertainment). Also the inn where you're staying serves drinks as well as meals, it falls somewhere between the two, mostly catering to those from out of town and those interested in strangers from out of town.

Sorry for taking so long to get the game going again. It took a while to shift gears between scenarios and try to prepare for an ongoing game.
The new thread is finally up here
