"'Course I can ride," Taylor informs Ana with a laugh. "Whatcha think I been doing my entire life."
"C'mon Noic, let's get goin'. I'm pretty sure about their path." He heads back to the stables with Noic.
NOIC
In the stables, Taylor first heads to a corner and pushes aside some hay and old rags. He then brushes aside some dirt as he finds wht he is looking for.
"You gotta promise you won't tell nobody I got these, 'specially my uncle. I'm just gonna bring 'em. . . just in case."
He briefly reveals two handaxes before withdrawing them into the confines of the cloak which he quickly wraps about himself.
With ease he mounts Ana's horse and once Noic is ready, he leads the way out of town.
For a while, the two ride, passing fields of various crops and a number of farmhouses along the way.
Taylor leads Noic off of the main trails, noting that they'd definately be spotted by the orcs if they kept riding that way.
Both dwarf and human keep their eyes peeled for signs of orcs.

TAYLOR[dice=20]+6[dice=20]+6
Noic can see in the distance through the fields of grain, a large rusty orange colored cart moving along the main road. He cannot make out much more than that.
"That's their cart Noic. Stay still, they ain't gonna see us here." Taylor whispers as he jumps off of the horse.
"They must be coming down from Hollow Grove. I wonder if they had money to pay."
He points in the direction of the wagon.
"I can get closer and see. You still got my back?"

When questioned about the ring's functionality, a familiar expression of frustration crosses Marlowe's face.
"It will not grant you the power to shoot lightening from your eyes, nor will it cause your flesh to wither and rot. Use it or do not. It is up to you." he says, the coldness about him seeming to make its return as he walks off away from the group.
Edrianna looks to Ana and Garor, the ring still in her hand.
"He did not tell me that the ring was imbued with magic," Edrianna confesses. "I have been wearing it for weeks now and it has caused me no ill effect. The woman for whom it was intended is a member of our city's guard. Perhaps the magic was initially set with her this in mind. I would trust Marlowe. He only seeks to help."
With that, she hands the ring to Ana.

When Askr approaches the mayor of Greenvale, Garor at his side and Ana standing by, the woman turns to her ice blue eyes upon the group of unfamiliar faces.
The woman is tall, nearly six feet in height, with golden blond hair running straight down the length of her back. She is clad in robes of silver.
(Anyone got any know planes or local)
The woman nods.
"No, I haven't much time, but please, hurry and speak."
She does not seem the kind for small talk and pleasantries at the moment, wanting to get straight to the point of this interruption. [rand=9668886528886615915483735675673893381619499123420569085561553237]
