The battle is over, hard fought on both sides. The undead continue to aimlessly stand in the corner of the room, lacking any real direction from their dead masters. The wall of ice begins to melt slowly, but you're certain it will fade entirely given enough time. There are four exits out of this central chamber, aside from the one you entered through and a thorough search of all of them couldn't hurt.
But first, there are prisoners to see to.
You make your way into the hold and free about five people. Two men, an old woman, a young girl and a middle aged woman; all human. They cry and weep, manging praises to you and your descendants for many years to come. Understandably, they wish to leave this place but will not go without an escort. They divulge as much as they can in between grateful sobs.
"They said they were going to use us! For Experiments!"
"They took my babies! Have you seen any other survivors?"
"The dark woman tortured my wife before my eyes....she is pure evil..."
But none of them can really answer what the pair was really doing here. You gather this place served as their home and lair, and none of these people are from the ruined town outside. Whatever destroyed that town must have taken place long ago. Maybe there are answers on their persons...items that may tell their tale.
After Caatrah drives his blade through the mid-section of the mage, you go about searching their bodies. In addition to a pouch containing three more of those vile, acursed rings, the man is dressed in a magnificent ebony robe. He carries the wand he used to heal his wounds. He also carries a briliant gold ring with a shield emblazoned on it. Lastly, he wears a golden circlet about his head under the hood of his robes.
The woman is equally adorned with goods. Her bloodied white hair cascades down masterwork chain mail armor. She bears an amulet around her neck that has an engraving of a bull upon its face. About her waist is a horn, one hollowed out and designed for sounding an alarm. Hanging from a harness is a mace that is made of dark metal and looks particularly wicked. She also wears a simple silver ring engraved with some writing on it.

No help there. Nothing about these two or how to get these damned rings off your fingers. Maybe something can be found in the rest of the complex....
[Updated Map thread to show their complex]

Narkonnen's Ring of Powerlessness
A ring of powerlessness appears to be a magic ring of another sort. The ring is technically inert and will not show any signs of power, even when a character dons this item. However, once a command word is spoken (within hearing range) a character takes a -10 penalty to Strength (STR), Intelligence (INT), and Wisdom (WIS) [Minimum of 1] forgetting spells and magic knowledge accordingly while wearing the ring. The character is also fatigued from the effects of the ring initially, but may rest normally to recover later.
The ring cannot be removed easily--only a remove curse, severing the finger the ring is on, wish, limited wish or similar effect will remove the ring.
