Now that Hildigunn has finally calmed down, you regroup. Hildigunn is probably the most wounded, the rest of you a mix between not even touched and bearing some good scars to brag about when you get back to the academy. Taking survey of this place, the town is now quiet and desolate, all the undead here having been slain by your team. The run-down church is empty, the destroyed inn is vacant, the various farmhouses hold no more enemies. This town is clear... But something doesn't sit right with you. Where could all these creatures have come from. Ogres and dinosaurs wouldn't be found in this town...so who brought them here? Where is this 'dark woman' that Ol' Jack spoke so abhorently of? To the North, there is plenty more town to explore and it seems there is a trail that heads North and West...deeper into the woods... { Map is here for those that need it.}

With a wink, Hildigunn look at Caatrah. ''Look like I won, hehe.'' She was happy to have killed all this vermin by herself. Her number of kills far superior of all her allies.
She do enjoy the chaotic atmosphere of battle of war, but the second thing she like most, he the calm after the battle, to look at dead enemies that have falled under her wrath.
While her teammate search for more clues or anything on the situation, Hildigunn free her mind by collecting dino skulls that aren't crushed on the ground, placing them on the saddle bags, if large enough.
She take some claws and random bones too. She'll take some of the zombies' clothes, wrapping the bones in them, to attack them at the saddle bags. (Well, I hope that the zombies had some clothes on them..)
Hildigunn look behind her, seeing the huge skeleton laying on the ground. For an instant, she doubt that she killed this thing alone, but quickly remember the situation.
If able, she'll take the skull of that huge dinosaur, as well as the claws. All these bones will make interesting trophies and decorations.
Although, she hope that no other waves will attack them, at least, not now.

[glow=forestgreen,2,300]Tham sits beside Hildigunn for a while, tending to her wounds before she heads off to collect her skulls.
"You had us worried for awhile there," he comments,
"You might want to stick with the rest of us next time."
Of course Tham is a bit bothered by the way that Hildigunn handled the situation, running headlong into the sworm of undead which they were deliberately trying to hold off for later. He was not used to traveling with Hildigunn, but he had heard stories from others who had. Yes, she had a kind heart, but in the heat of combat, her temper and pride tended to get the better of her while putting others in danger in the process.
It was not his place to condemn her for this behavior, but she did need to learn that if you keep going back into the oven, you're going to get burned everytime. Nothing's going to change. Though he would hate to see it end badly for this one.
"I think you're ready to go for now. Just take it easy. How do you feel? Are you ready for some more exploring?" he asks the half orc and the others around after he is done. He stands up and dusts himself off.
He collects the items which he had dropped on the battle field and readies himself to follow the trail. [/glow]

(94/123hp)
''My state doesn't really matter. My rhino could use some healing, though.''
Her exhausted state could be seen easily in her face and through her voice. The fight was hard, but her rage alone managed to drop her strength more significantly.
Hildigunn thanks Tham for the healing. ''Everything got through well, don't you think?'' she says with a semi sarcastic voice. ''Still, I do not understand how I dropped my maul. Otherwise, there would had been no problems at all.'' ...''And you seemed to do very little behind the church... it can't be that bad to want some action from times to times.''
''If there is other undead to kill, I am ready to go at any times, do not worry. Plus, we still have to meet that lady.''
Hildigunn's movement are slow and seems a bit painful, although, no one expect her to tell that.

Loopmottin applies one more scroll of healing for good measure, realizing they could be far from through with undead hoards. He then begins examining the path north, where the second wave of zombies had come, looking for any common source of the monsters or any distinctly different tracks.

{Loop has a scroll of Lesser Restoration, that can get someone exhausted to fatigued or fatigued to unfatigued if needed. I assume the exhaustion/fatigue is just short term barbarian type. Let me know if the scroll is required.}

(Yeah, that could be usefull, it would diminish the Str and Dex by a lot on Hildigunn and makes her movement a bit more usefull. Although, she'd need an hour of rest to simply become fatigued. Though I doubt that we can afford to stay there for a complete hour without doing anything. Depend on what happen. Plus Caatrah should be fatigued too.)

"Oh, rest assured we are not done," Belle tells them. "Though you may be tired now, the wicked get no and need no rest. So we receive the same."
There was the matter of that lady, the one Old Jack had spoken of very clearly, though his accent attempted to make it seem cryptic. She had briefly scanned the two large buildings and they seemed empty. Perhaps now they derserved a more thorough inspection?
"Perhaps now is the time for us to deliver our thanks to the dieties. We have survived with there blessing, though there shrine has been befouled. An apology is in order, to ask forgiveness for the sins of out distant and distinctly dead brothers."
[TO THE CHURCH!]
