Strom's rock flies with accurate aim, unfortunately, the kobold's quick feet have managed to get it some distance away, untoucheable by most rocks. It disappears out of Strom's sight and no more traces of kobolds can be heard.
But now all of the other kobolds would likely be warned of the five brave adventurers who traverse their caverns.
After a while of Struggling and some aid from Balen, Sar finally breaks free of his sticky bonds. The goo yields, hardens and crumbles and the scout is mobile once more.
The five head down the stairs, deep into the chasm.
---------------
Walking carefully down the stairs, the adventurers eventually find themselves at the bottom.
The floor is extremely uneven here and water drips from the high ceiling into one of many standing pools.
Scampering sounds can be heard off in the darkness.
Rats, no doubt.
---------------
Climbing up the steps and setting foot upon the far ledge, our adventurers find that it narrows into a passageway heading north.
The breeze is reduced here, but can still be felt lightly upon one's back.
At the end of the passage there is a single small door. It is about five feet high and only one and one half feet wide.
The door is locked.m

"Hrrm." Sar steps forward and examines the locking mechanism and the area around the door for traps, carefully giving it the once-over before he steps aside to allow Rillem to pick it- attempting to maintain an air of professionalism despite his earlier pratfall. Corvus stands by watching and listening for any signs of danger. He stands by to allow Sar to finesse the lock.

(Well #@$@$. I don't have Open Lock. A previous version of the build did, but when I heard that we had a rogue I eliminated it, figuring that he could take care of it. Bash it down?)

Pandoro looks at Strom, "Maybe we can use Sar for a battering ram?"

"Nah, we need a sturdier head for bashing. Like a dwarf's," Strom reasons. "Too bad we don't have on of those," he laments.
Making sure his boots are tied up tight, Strom prepares for a good old fashion door bashing. "Since they already know we're here, lets not keep 'em waitin'!"

"Pandoro, that's definitely your department. Go to town. (With your greatsword, not my head!)"

With out hesitation, Pandoro charges towards the door, shoulder lowered. If that fails he start wacking away with his greatsword.

Balen tosses his axe from hand to hand, a combination of bloodlust and nervous energy.
As Pandoro gives the small door a taste of his strength, Balen's eyes dart around them, watching for any unwelcome surprises. The tar pit and tripwire gave him the impression that the kobold's den is not going to be hospitable to strangers.
