As the old man leads them to the place where the thief was last seen he shows them a few pictures of what they are looking for. Explaining that the thief had been seen this morning he showed them a poorly made map with a red circle. When they approach this side of town the old man simply excuses himself that he can not be of greater help and leaves.
Left in the middle of a dirty, old rotten part of town you see a few children playing what seems like a game involving a small ball they kick around. The houses, barely able to stay lean on the side against other buildings, others are separated by a small street.
(Little tip) The old man each handed you a small pocket sized drawing of this thief.

"Split up and search for clues?" a Catfolk says. Greggory doesn't know what these people could do, but he himself was not that great at looking for people, but he would try. Spot: +6 (vs humans) Listen: +8 (vs Humans) Search: +2 (vs humans)

Elias reviews the picture, then looks about for anyone with a resemblance. [dice=20]+6 If he doesn't find anyone, he questions the children, showing them the drawing. "Have any of you seen a man that looks like this? Where could I find him?"[rand=87874510989508497213758677416411293153496356039158994280814704374]

After looking for a few minutes Greggory and Ellias find no one that looks slightly like the thief. Ellias finding no one decides to take even more initiative and asks the children. The simple reply of the children make Ellias see this man is well known.
Child: "I've seen him... He walks around town like he's the 'boss', hitting every child and even adlut in his way. Yo..you... might find him in his house.. On the other side of town..." The 2 children offer to show them the way, half cowering but remind the adventurers if they do, they need some form of protection

I'll just sit back. I ask the children if their parents normally leave them alone with strangers
