A cacophony of gasps and whispers fills the courtroom as Thomas drives his fist into the oak table to conclude his recap of the slaying of Taciturn's baby boy, who had only just begun to crawl.
But before the preacher had the chance to refute, before the gavel could even be brought down to call for order in the court, Taciturn rises to her feet.
She swipes up the severed finger of her son and lunges toward minister Carrigan, pointing the tiny finger with the star shaped birthmark directly into his face.
"SATAN! You will not stay my words any longer." anything but taciturn at this point, Tace's voice fills the courtroom.
"God demands that you should never know the touch of a woman, but preacher, lately speaking as if you have dined with Our Father Himself, you have managed to learn your way around every inch of a woman, taking possession of the body, the fingertips, of a grieving, unwitting man"
Taciturn lets the tiny finger drop to the table in front of Minister Carrigan.
"The very man whom you had slay the living result of your evil"
"The very man who cannot remember that the first time he KNEW me was against the lectern at the church after his dear sister's funeral."
"Thomas's eyes smoldered in those moments," Taciturn explains, " filled with the colors of flame and hazel."

(Lol, I get it, "F you K Man for leaving us for 7 years." ;-) I've got nothing to add, it's 3 on 1 and a bad scene for someone else makes me out to be pulling the strings of a baby killer lol, I'm just gonna watch and vote white die in this case. )

Lolol this game is so morbid already and we still got 12 more scenes plus endings too i think. I wouldn't b surprised if the baby came back from the dead and killed us all. i dont even know who's on trial here.
But it is Salem 1692.
Don't worry kman u can help me betray a loved one lolol

[Yeah, I'm not sure how much hopeless romantic Thomas is going to appreciate this. If K-Man says white die, who am I to argue?]

(Am I reading this right? Tace is telling the priest and the court that her and thomas had sex in the church during or after the funeral of thomas' sister?)

Taciturn procures a small wooden box with a fresh dusting of dirt upon it and sets it before the prosecutor. "The proof is in this box. I keep it buried away from the prying hands and eyes of snoops," Tace glances in her brother's direction briefly, "but here I have kept the notes and trinkets Thomas has given me."
She pulls out a note and unfolds it, handing it to the judge. "There, you see. Thomas describes the first night he can recall being with me. No church, no funeral, no lectern. Very romantic, that is his way."
"But the details of that are not important, look at the date, and the signature by his own hand."
"I carried that baby in my belly for nine months, and the Lord gave him life in this world for seven months more. The date on that letter falls after the conception of my son, AFTER the night of Elizabeth Hoban's funeral, by two whole months, but the preacher KNOWS that the child was Thomas's son and no other man's, he has proven it to us all today." her eyes fill with tears as she looks down at her son's severed finger.
Gasps, whispers, shouts rise up in the courtroom as the letter is reviewed. The gavel is brought down repeatedly but order is tough to find in the room as the crowd begins now to argue amongst itself, everyone seeming to take sides.
A recess to the court proceedings is called so that evidence may be reviewed and cooler heads may prevail.
possession, Baby sacrifices, unlawful removal of fingers, there was certainly much to consider here, but Taciturn slips out of the courtroom along with the rest of the crowd, not giving anyone the opportunity to throw her in a cell.

OK, I'll give the white dice to Lin so that everyone has one lolol. I think lots of black dice toward the end is only fitting for a salem story.
