You should add something in the background or on the guy moving too. The water is good, but doesn't catch attention by itself. Plus, it'll give your image more 'life' and action. Maybe only something very small too.
Did you do that with a mouse or you own a tablet or something? Cause if it has been made with a mouse alone, bravo.

Thanks.
And yeah, all mouse.
I wasnt really looking for any action. Just tought myself to do water reflections, which was the whole points of it.

Then, if it was explicitely to do the water reflection, you may want to have a bigger water proportion in the image, since it is the main attraction, or what you want to be the main attration.
Something like, only the feets can be seen from the guy or something similar, while the rest of its body and the background is completely reflected in the water. Same image, same thing.. just more water.

Well, I decided I'm gonna throw away my pencils -- I'm doing way better with a mouse. ;D Clicky!Scroll down a little. It's a FX competition. The point is to make trees in the wind. And as you can see in my Sig, I won the previous one too.

Nice job on the background. Most artists would be content to just draw the girl and leave the background sketchy.
