As I sit and contemplate, Upon this moonlit night, I forget the things that exasperate, As I no longer my emotions fight,
So long have they been hidden, Behind masks and lies, They start to come to me unbidden, And they reflect in my eyes,
All the sorrow that I have known, All the anger hidden deep, And all the things that I should have shown, And I start to weep,
Tears of cleansing, Tears of abreaction, These tears something inside me releasing, And these things invigorate,
I am reborn.

I can spit them out like pre processed cheese and not the good kind either. It's the kind that you know it's there but you don't really want to talk about because if you do you'll be afraid someone would buy it and make you taste it. Wait... what was my point again?

And by the way, I'm still impressed with your ability to convey your emotions so vividly. My compliments.

It's the same as Catharsis, or a release of emotional tension
