{Alright, since I'll be gone for a week and a half, I thought I would move things forward with the 'hella' post. Sorry for not posting yesterday, but I've got the 'short-timers' going on vacation thing...}

Romar - The vampire weaves a darts, pulling the horse and you atop it with mental strings that you're both unable to resist. You cover the distance to the forested edge of the clearing quickly but the vampire does not head back into the field, instead turning and heading to the north.
The vampire keeps you moving and through your periphial vision, you can see a small skirmish taking place on the fields outside the keep. You can see several of your companions that left Ravenshead together fighting and falling to the grassy plains littered with arrows.
Still...you can do nothing.
The Vampire's voice comes through your skull again like a ghost of your past.
"Pay no attention to them...'bloodbag'. They have their own fate."
You are led for a bit longer, which at normal pace would be a half day's ride from the Freehold but at your pace is less than a few minutes. The vampire stops before a cave turning to you and, despite the recent lengthy run, he is not sweaty or out of breath...
...one small benefit of being undead.
The vampire forces you to mentally dismount and follow him into the cave beyond. As you walk along the rough hewn tunnel, you can see countless goblins kobolds and even the occasional orc moving bags of dirt outside the cave mouth and dumping it into a large pile outside. Each creature nearly falls over themselves trying to get out of the vampires way, but tries just as hard to get near you and smell your flesh as you walk behind him.
The vampire leads you to a small cell, deep within the cave where little to no light is shed. The vampire slowly takes his time, walking around your paralyzed body as he disarms and disrobes you.
"I will leave you in the care of these...cretins for now human, but make no mistake, I WILL be back for you. I will taste your blood."
The vampire removes your weapons, armor and everything down to your bare necessity of clothing and even that is scarce. You are pratically nude.
The vampire ushers you into the metal barred cell and stands you near the corner. He looks to you one last time.
"With the coming dawn, you will be released of my hold...not because of the nature of the magic, but because of the fight you put up and vigor it filled me with."
"I will chase you again mouse...I will chase you again..."
The vampire leaves the cell, closing the door behind him and wrapping it in chains. He looks to the goblin guards outside the cell and speak in common with disdain.
"Ensure he is treated well, but force him to work like the others."
The goblins nervously shake their heads in understanding and the vampire walks down the tunnel you entered through. As he gets near the dawning light, the vampire pauses and looks over his shoulder to the guards.
"There is a horse outside for meals. Make sure the troops get their fair share."
The goblins near stumble over each other to tell others within the cave, leaving you in the cell by yourself.
...Unable to do anything...
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Everyone Else -
Hero unloads. {Attack Roll = 12} The projectile stirke the ground with shaft shaking from the impact.
Yuri swings his spear, trying to strike anything. {Attack Roll = 6} He is unable to land a blow, the small creatures and orcs proving to be too quick to hit.
Garor fires his crossbow. {Attack Roll = 20} {Damage Roll = 7} A kobold falls to the ground lifeless, a bolt protruding at an unnatural angle from the neck.
{8 Creatures left.}
The archers knock and pull, loosing the arrows into the night sky. The other two with broken bows have returned to the walls to make a full volley. {Attack Rolls = 19, 17, 16, 6, 1 [DEX Check, success], 20, 6, 15, 6, 8} {Damage Rolls = 4, 2, 7, 4, 7} With the hail, another four of the small creatures hit the dirt floor, the remainder being critically wounded.
{4 Creatures Left.}
Callian swings his weapon, nearly staggering to the ground from his wounds. {Attack Roll = 10} The wounds are too much and he cannot land a strike.
The ambushers take count of their current situation. They have lost nearly all of their numbers with the constant hail of arrows from the keep.
They withdraw.
{A few AoO's from Callian and Yuri since not all the creatures can withdraw without incurring something.}
{Yuri - AoO's = 12, 6 Both misses.}
{Callian - AoO's = 16, 12 One hit = 4}
Another wounded orc falls in the fleeing confusion, collapsing to the ground with an exasperative huff.
Yuri and Callian - Looking to the woods, you can see no sign of your companions that were dragged off in the fray. You can however, see that the woods are rapidly filling with more creatures...
...reinforcements.
Now would be the time to leave.
{Since I control Callian right now, he will turn and move at speed towards the keep. Yuri?}
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hero, Newt, Garor Caelith - Looking to the field, you can see that the few have managed to stand against the many, a small victory but not without it's costs.
Krysta, Sehanine, Girud, Galdren, Balin...all have been taken in the night, their bodies swarmed as they fell.
The creatures have retreated to the woods and Yuri and Callian stand victorius. Callian now flees back to the keep in his wounded state.
The woods are again filling with creatures to replace the hole made by the ambushing force, but also...the field is lightening.
The Dawn is coming...
The creatures seem to retreat further into the woods, fearing the sunligh like some intangible force that oppresses them. You know that due to their reactions they will not attack until night.
You have all day to prepare...or to find a way out of the keep.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Krysta, Sehanine, Girud, Balin, Galdren - Each of you comes to, groggily and aching from your wounds.
{You're each at 1HP}
Looking around, you are in a dingy cell with a few of your companions. {Krysta and Sehanine are together, Girud, Balin and Galdren are together.} Your wounds have been crudely packed with mud and filth all sealed together with what appears to be goblin spit and saliva...or something else entirely.
It's a miracle you survived at all.
You take immediate inventory of your personals. All missing...and you are nealy nude with only enough clothing to maintain minimal deceny.
You sit upright and see that you are in a row of four cells, side by side. Romar, the ranger you sent out earlier stands in the corner of one cell, uninjured and seemingly lost in a daze. The fourth cell contains a small goblin that is sitting with his head in his hands, sobbing softly.
The room you are in has two exits, neither of which shed the light of the sun outside...that or it's still the night. With the pounding headache and the wounds, it's hard to tell what happened at all.
There are two orcs and four goblins in this room wearing the garb of guards and eating some freshly cooked meat with a look of complacency upon their faces.
