{Where is everyone? It seems like I'm missing half of the players. We all know what that does to me... }

Garor, Newt, Hero, Callian, Caelith and Angelus - King Sturmguard waits patiently for the new man to finish his tale before continuing. You can see the glint of ruby washing over the steps of Ravenshead castle from his family amulet around his neck.
You'ver never really admired it before, but the Sturmguard family jewel is both entricate and over-sized, worth a fortune alone without the gold and platinum setting it rests in.
You're brought from the jewel's striking hold by the voice of the great king.
"There you have it. My diviners tell me the forest is devoid of heavy Master presence, meaning no armies of his undead troops."
"I wish you all to go and find this piece of the crystal and bring it back to Ravenshead."
"Here."
One of Sturmguard's advisors bows low and holds out a scroll tube. Inside is a noble letter of credit and identification papers issuing you all as ambassadors acting on behalf of the Blackwing Kingdom.
A heavy responsibility indeed.
"With those papers, you should be able to procure passage and goods when necessary, or pay for services rendered. You are also my voice, hands and ears in distant lands so be very aware of how you speak and act."
"I would hate to have to answer for my own diplomats."
"Take the man with you as he has seen the crystal and may be able to remember where it is upon entering the forest."
The king looks towards the large gates leading out of the city.
"You had better get going. Cannon's Foot is a long way by horse, over a week of travel and who knows what you would encounter out there."
"I'd suggest taking a boat from Morten to there. It's only two days travel by a ship sailing constantly."
"Then again, that's only a suggestion..."
The king leaves you to your wiles, deciding where to go.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Krysta, Girud and Galdren - Irinys smiles as he walks past, holding a shovel in his hand. It appears, though vain and arrogant, the prince is not above working with common folk. The remainder of the prisoners follow him quickly, anxious to not be left behind to a shattered home and destroyed keep.
Mordrock even skips along with the crowd, humming a slight, out-of-tune ditty to himself.
"Dig, dig, dig like a pig,
for the prince who smells like a fig,
Mordrock strong and growing big,
So he can mate with new girl and...
and....
...."
Mordrock ceases to sing as he is unable to think of a rhyme for his last line. Plus the glare from Irinys and the other prisoners puts a cold stake into Mordrock's entertainment career.
The group makes their way back into the caves, splitting up towards the ones that are closest to the cliff face to begin digging.
{Is there anywhere in particular anyone wants to dig?}
Girud - Making your way into the treasure holds, a small pain drives into your heart as you realize that every item in here was taken by the forces of 'The Master'...that every ring once was worn on a living finger and that every article of clothing once sat on warm flesh that is now cold and reanimated.
Still...it's treasure...
You look around and instantly you spot what you're looking for. A pair of bracers, intricately designed with yellow and white gold into the form of a dragon's head and neck, rests atop a chest. They appear to be quite valuable, if only for design alone...but something about seems..magical.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Romar, Sehanine and Yuri - With a sworn oath, Romar makes his way into the woods, trailed by Sehanine. The duo quickly dissappear into the woods following the clear trail of Romar's horse.
{Survival Check, Romar.}
The tracks are easy to follow, but you become concerned about the dense foliage you're heading into. You know that nothing could move through the forest this quickly without taking some toll, but still, the hooves don't even slow down.
By mid-afternoon, you have already tracked the hooves through more than five miles of dense foliage and there seems to be no sign of....
{Listen Check, Romar and Sehanine.}
You both hear the distinct sound of snapping twigs and guttural, monstrous conversation ahead.
Yuri - You transform, feeling yourself twist and contort with the newfound powers of the night. Remaining low in the trees, you find it difficult to track your companions when you have to take every effort to remain out of the sun.
They seem to pay little attention to you as they are focused on the trail ahead of them.
{Listen Check, Yuri.}
You see them pause, as though suddenly aware of a presence they were not before.
