{Ok, first off...I'd like to assert that you're all freakin' nutz! Great role-playing by everyone - didn't exactly go the way I wanted it to - but hey, I'm just here to present the situations, you guys write the story.}
{Second, I do understand Hero's reaction, however I disagree with the delivery. It's very un-paladin-like to deliver a smite in mid-parley. At the very least, a bit of warning would be delivered prior to blade crashing down. Ambush, to me, is NOT lawful good. (In the strictest sense.) }
{That said, I'm adjudicating as such; Yuri comes down, initial reaction is tense and almost hostile. Yuri remains out of reach while short amount of words are exchanged, then returns to Romar to deliver info. Yuri, against his better wishes, will return to the ship but remain out of striking distance of anyone. It is at this time that Hero delivers her threat and warning of a strike...should the vampire get too close. Hero will not back down nor allow the vampire to even near the boat. She also express a disinterest in continuing discussion, possibly thrusting her lance to fend Yuri off.
Romar, you will get to react to the attack next round as you're distance places you a few seconds behind the real-time action.
And that, ladies and gentlemen is where we start....}

Yuri, Romar, Krysta, Caelith, Hero, Garor, Newt, Girud, Galdren and Callian - (This is probably the LAST time you'll see all these names together...so don't get used to it!)
Hero removes her lance and levels it at Yuri.
Callian joins her side and keeps his weapons ready. [Callian, you stated an attack Vs. Romar, since Romar has yet to act, you will get Init. next round.]
Yuri pulls back and readies his mind to unleash a hell on both attackers.
You've all watched the situation go from bad to worse in a matter of seconds. As if the tension of going on a demonic vessel to hell weren't enough, a pair of companions from the past arrive and prove to be...changed to say the least.
If you were old, grizzled sailors, it would be fitting to say this is a 'bad omen'.
Neverless, the three involved seem intent on settling this with braun over brain.
[Initiative: Yuri, Hero]
Yuri coils back, ready to unleash the depths of his mind, aiming at the unrelenting paladin's weapons. [Ref Save, Hero = Nat. 20. Damage Roll = 5 (3+2+3-3)] With a wave from Yuri's mind, Hero's weapons crinkle and age, losing shine and sharpened edges quickly.
She retorts by thrusting the business end of her lance outward, aimed at Yuri's chest. [Attack Roll = 31. Damage Roll = 18] The pointed end, now more blunt than it used to be, lands solidly in Yuri's chest.
[Yuri, I'm going to assume you're out on a limb of the boat, like the maidenhead or whereever, so I will give you a Balance Check DC of 10+ damage dealt.]
[Balance Check, Yuri = 20] With the stab of Hero's weapon, Yuri is knocked soundly from his precarious outcropping in the vessel, straight towards the water.
Romar, upon seeing his companion attacked and knocked from the boat, pulls his longbow and readies to take a shot or more at the attackers.
Callian sees the actions of the Ranger and responds, aiming crossbow at the underside of the giant birds circling them.
[Next Round Initiative: Yuri, Romar, Hero and Callian] Just before Yuri hits the water, his body breaks apart and spreads to gaseous form like smoke from a campfire. He begins to spread out and even, like a low-lying mist haning by the bow of the ship.
However...it does not stop there...
Just like the early morning in a bay, a fog creeps around the ship faster than any of you can blink. It envelops and clouds everything like a thick blanket.
Romar - impossibly, just as you level arrowhead at the vessel, your eyes seem to play tricks on you as it disappears...pulled into a fog bank faster than anything you've ever seen.
Callian - You lose sight of the giant birds quickly. The fog around the vessel surrounds and blankets everything, obscuring all beyond a few feet.
Hero - Rushing to the side of the vessel, you see no trace of the vampire...fitting that he should be hiding from your wrath, made of the very substance blanketing the ship now.
Those on the ship - [Does NOT include Yuri] As quickly as it came, the fog begins to thin and recede. Also, it leaves the slight taste of acid in your mouth...like brimstone.
As the landscape around the vessel becomes more clear, you can tell you're clearly no longer on your plane. On either side of the ship, as far as you can see, the landscape extends inifinetely - a bleak and desolate gray waste.
Romar and the birds are gone, as are Yuri...
Ungurth's mask moves a bit, probably an indication that whatever form he posseses beneath it is smiling.
"Welcome to hell...""
Those NOT on the ship - Just as Veya pulls the reigns of her bird and commands her fighters to descend onto the demonic ship, the fog bank slinks away into the night like a dog that has been reprimanded.
However, behind it is a small white puff of smoke, hovering slightly over the water.
The ship is no where to be seen.
"By the gods! What was that?"

{Alright, as a side note. Any problems with this post can be addressed to me via PM. I tried to be fair and account for everyone's responses.}

"Remain at bay abomination!"
Hero removes her lance and levels it at Yuri.
"I would rather have you as an enemy than a companion, for at least then I should know for sure where your teeth were aimed."
Callian joins her side and keeps his weapons ready. [Callian, you stated an attack Vs. Romar, since Romar has yet to act, you will get Init. next round.]
[glow=red,2,300]WILL EVERYONE JUST CALM DOWN AND LISTEN TO ME FOR ONCE?![/glow]
