Krysta, Caelith, Hero, Garor, Newt, Girud, Galdren and Callian - The shaft proves to be exceedingly slick, denying and footholds, handholds or any other way to pull yourself out of the water....it's as though you've hit the bottom of a bucket lined with grease.
[I have Evasion with Krysta and Mordrock, Caelith uses featherfall]
Callian, Hero, Garor, Girud and Galdren all prove to be heavy rocks tossed into a pond, Mordrock is in a bit better situation, being lightly armored, but still flounders in the water. [Swim Checks. Hero=-2, Garor=3, Girud=5, Galdren=17, Krysta=6, Mordrock=3]
Out of the heavily armored individuals, Girud is the only one to be sucked...rather dramatically...under the surface and disappear from sight just as quickly. Mordrock is also lost with him. You hope the two will be safe as you are left in the cold dank shaft alone.
{It's easy enough for you to climb into/stay on top of the boats to prevent drowing...now that your companions are out of the way.}
Girud and Mordrock - The force with which you are sucked under is impressive. Like water down a tunnel or through a drain spout, the liquid seems to suck at your very body, pulling you faster and father down.
Then, you feel a slight bump on your head, feet, arms...whatever is leading the way down and then...
....you are in the air.
Like some bad food in a giant's mouth, you are spit out of a waterfall in the side of wall. Taking a quick look around, you are back where you fought the trio of water-breathing demons...where the giant frog-like statue looms overhead. Then it hits you...
That is where the waterfall from the wall gets its source...
Mordrock makes it to shore and clambers up, shaking his wet goblin body like a dog. He smiles, a broad as ever.
"WOOOHOOOOO!!!! AGAIN AGAIN!!!"
{You're all safe and sound, back in Room 5 of the DemonWing}
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yuri and Romar - Making your way between the giant cliff faces looming overhead, you suddenly feel very small. It is as though the ground itself protests your passage through this place, like whatever destinatin you seek does not want you here.
The two statues come into focus, and they are just that, two statues. One is a giant of a man, clad in spiked armor and weilding a rather large and wicked looking blade. The other is a cowering child, not much more than half a decade in age. The child is cast holding an arm feebly in defense of the man swinging his blade downward, as though to chop the child in twain.
At the base of this bizarre scene is another metal plaque with the same writing as before, the angelic script. It reads; (Assuming Yuri still has Tongues in effect.]
[glow=gold,1,300]Good defends the weak and helpless.
[/glow]
To make this even more bizarre, beside the duo of statues is a weapon rack with a single rusted sword hanging from it and a battered shield. Both look as though they would break upon any level of impact.

EDIT: Had to change due to FeatherFall targets.
