Krysta, Girud, Mordrock, Galdren, Hero, Caelith, Callian and Garor - Mordrock takes another shot, firing at the Bar-Lgura's coming through the door. [Attack Roll = 11] The arrow whizzes past the head of the nearest demon, nearly striking the wall beyond.
The party holds their breath, all awaiting the charge of the demons into the room... [All readied actions, I'm not posting them all.]
The instant the Bar-Lguras push forward, they are met with blade and sprayed in their own blood.
Galdren swings. [Attack Roll = 16] The blade hits furred demon flesh. [Damage Roll = 19 to BL 4] Hero lunges, sword leveled and headed for the chest of the beast. [Attack Roll = 31, Damage Roll = 9 to BL 4] The demon staggers, nearly toppling over. Garor finishes the beast with a swing of his great maul. [Attack Roll = 24] The mallet smashes into the beasts head, sending it sprawling across the floor. [Damage Roll = 8 to BL 4]
The Bar-Lgura 4 falls to the floor, its headed partially caved in. (-6)
Girud takes a swing at the next one through the door. [Attack Roll = 19] The blade hits about mid-neckline. [Damage Roll = 23] It swaggers from the pain. Bar-Lgura 1 is near death.
Krysta swings as the beast comes through the door. [Attack Roll = 27, Damage Roll = 15] In a spray of black blood, the Bar-Lgura collapses, a sliced heap on the floor.
The last Bar-Lgura closes through the gap and takes a shot at Callian, smelling the "holy" about him. [Attack Roll = 21] It misses, clattering against the wall.
Callian moves and uses his powers to heal Girud. [Heal 18 HP] The giant feels his wounds close and the intensity of battle take over.
The remaining demon should not prove to be a problem...{So much so, that I'm going to speed to next round.}
Mordrock takes another shot. [Attack Roll = 20] The arrow thuds into the Demon's chest, driving it back a bit. [Damage Roll = 3]
Galdren lays into the beast with both blades. [Attack Rolls = 22/19, 23] All three land on the mass of flesh, pulling it apart in fine slices. [Damage Roll = 12/10, 9]
The final demon collapses to the ground, dead.
Looking around at the blood slowly dripping from the walls, the Vrock feathers falling gently to the ground like autumn leaves...it is all a testament to the chaos of battle.
It is quiet now...not a sound coming from anywhere.

Yuri and Romar - Blindly walking forward, Romar can feel the cave floor beneath his feet slope downwards and slightly to the left. As though you're entering a large loop of some kind...
Also, the cavern walls are expanding rapidly...and the air is getting hotter...
Yuri unleashes yet another mental bolt of energy. [Ranged Touch Attack Roll = 18, 50% miss chance, Fail] The blast strikes a nearby rock formation, sending stone pieces scattering across the ground...
...A futile effort...
The pudding lashes out. [Attack Rolls = 17, 22, 20] Also a futile effort as the acid lashes do nothing but slap against cold rock. You wonder how long a mindless creature could keep this up...
