Kysta, Girud, Mordrock, Galdren, Caelith, Callian and Garor - Nupperibo shrugs and requests that everyone stand on the elevator made of pure energy. Once all on, he mutteres something about watching your hands and you feel yourself lurch upwards.
You are encased in a square column of frozen ice quickly, the shaft leading to the next floor. A second later, it sprawls outward to reveal a floor. There are several doors and hallways here - all marked with howling visages and demonic imagery. The elevator doesn't stop as Nupperibo takes a second to point out some of the key features of this level.
"This floor houses Lord Geryon's Private chambers, his audience hall and the chambers of his advisory council."
"The members of his council are diverse to say the least, including a mind flayer, a beholder and even a medusa."
"Quite nice if you get to know them..."
He chuckles and motions to the East side of the platform.
"There's the prison and the freezing pit. Unless you're made of ice or thoroughly enjoy it. I suggest you stay away from it."
The platform continues upwards until the level below is sliced off from vision. Another tunnel of frozen ice and rock and then you find it open to what must be level two.
You find yourselves in a huge room supported by massive pillars of solid black iron. Nupperibo flits off towards them and mutters about the features of this level.
"This level houses the armory, some guards and the well of Styx."
He sighs.
"Not much to it I guess..."

COUNTDOWN - 09:57 Hours to Apocalypse Clock Chime...

Yuri and Romar - Daniel sighs.
"I was hoping you would choose that path..."
He takes a few steps and guides you along with a torch.
"It's not that the evil side of this temple does not have it's place...but I wish it was much farther from here. But like the clerics said, without evil...what is good?"
"We don't get along or work together, but we do realize the need for co-existence."
Ahh...that explains it. It's not that the cleric of this place cooperatively function...just geographically exist in the same places. As you walk down the tunnel, you pass glyph after glyph and ward after ward. At each of these, Daniel mutters a word and the glyph deactivates with a slight shimmer.
"The wards I mentioned. No doubt evil has their own, but I do not know how to pass them. I only know how to temporarily turn off the wards for good."
"Here is the stores."
He motions to a set of double doors that are slightly ajar. Inside you can see racks of cleric weapons, gear and armor. You can also see barrels of water and food lining the walls.
"We have always prepared for the inevitable turn of our enemies. Evil cannot sit idle while opportunity presents itself. There is food inside, not much, but it's kept me alive these past few years."
"There are also many holy weapons and armor as well, but I doubt any of it is strong enough to make a difference to the beast out there."
Indeed, Daniel speaks the truth. There are countless weapons and gear inside.
{I'll pause here, in case you guys want to rummage for goods.}
