Kysta, Girud, Mordrock, Galdren, Caelith and Garor - {Still kind of confused here on method of getting down. Hiding in Bulette and trying to fool guardian? Taking him out Rambo style? Come to a decision please.}
COUNTDOWN - 09:48 Hours to Apocalypse Clock Chime...
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yuri and Romar - As Yuri moves to the wall, pulling the information from the depths of his mind to translate the tongues on the walls, Daniel speaks up.
"What are you trying to determine vampire? She killed herself..."
"I think we need to focus on what to tell the demon outside. He will never let the city go if he finds this out."
Nodding, you know Daniel's words are true. If the demon outside froze an entire city just for this one love...and now this love is dead, why would he unfreeze the city.
Romar continues to look around while Yuri works on the words on the wall.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yuri - The words, formed in dried blood, begin to twist and move, your eyes mentally rearranging the letters until they make sense. Your eyes pour over them and absorb their meaning.
I, Maycera, Arch-duchess of the Eternal Falls of Pain and the Fields of Infinite Sorrow, write this, my last confession.
I write this with all that I have left, only the blood in my veins, pumped from a shattered heart. It matters not how much I bleed and write for I will take my life once this is is written.
I have been fooled.
Once a Queen of betrayal, I have let my guard down only to be betrayed myself and it cost me the one thing I have EVER cared for...Gfarlex, my love.
I have been held captive here by a priest whose cold heart belongs in a ruling council of the nine. He torments me daily, forcing a little bit of knowledge out of me everyday for one he calls 'The Master'. He wants to know the inner workings of hell, of the planes and of the power to transcend them. For what purpose I know not...
Hmm...this sounds familiar. Betrayal by 'The Master'. You continue to read.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Romar - [Search Check] As you walk around, you find a few things of interest. In the dust of the floor, next to the walls and away from the dead body, you find a series of prints.
They are booted, human footprints...and they appear to have been pacing back and forth at one time. They remain outside of a circle on the floor, like they fear the contents of the circle immensly.
Could these be the 'wards' that Daniel mentioned?
Speaking of the acolyte, he continues to watch Yuri with interest, wondering what he's doing. You ignore this for a moment and return to the tracks on the floor.
They pace about...like the person circling the floor was spending a great deal of time in this chamber. An interrogation perhaps? A spell?
So confusing....
"What have you found good Romar?"
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yuri - The words continue, though they become faded - the writer running out of life blood.
To get this information from me, my captor claimed that he had my love held in a cell similar to this one and that one would speak the knowledge...or the other would die.
I was a fool.
To protect Gfarlex I told him everything. Once done, the betrayal took place. He told me that my love was already dead and that he would leave me to rot in this cell, thinking about spending the remainder of eternity without Gfarlex...
I cannot fathom such an existence.
I write this, in my native tongue...

There are come pieces of the speech here that fade out and are illegible.
...hope that one of my brethren revenges me appropiately...seek out...one called...Daniel...
The words end here...but your mind is still racing.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Romar - You follow the steps around the circle, looking at them pace like their owner was in a mad heat. More than once you pass the young acolyte as he watches you intently from beneath an oversized robe.
You study the tracks intently for size, tread depth and the hunred other things that would lead you to their source.
[Spot Check, Success] It is only, after the thirteenth time of passing Daniel, that you glance at his footwear. He shuffles back a bit and you catch a glimpse of heavy boots beneath the robe.
It's an exact match...
You look up to see Yuri gazing deeply at Daniel and Daniel returning that gaze with ferocity. Somehow, the acolyte doesn't look young and feeble anymore...he looks olders, wiser and infinitely angrier. His body looks changed, like for the last few hours you've been under an illusion of his innocence.
He looks far from innocent now...
"Your curiousity has led you here...and now it will be your undoing..."
