OOC: Kman, shouldn't I be the one in front of Advisor 3, not Adelia? And I did 14 damage, but the life total under the map says he's only missing 3 life, which means you didn't subtract it...or there's some serious beefing up of these advisors also.
- Too right on both accounts. My fault. I thought you were the 'L'...but you're the 'A'. I was getting scared by the post size - almost as much as I am of Japic's obsession with Rennaissance Festivals. I'll try to get focused here.

Krysta keeps her blades twirling, laying into the advisor with steel and rage. [Attack Rolls = 26/9, 14/12 (I thought you got a fourth attack at +5, if not, ignore the 12)] Surprisingly, only the first attack lands, sending the small Kuo-Toan sprawling. [Damage Roll = 19] The advisor howls in pain and probably will not be able to cast any spells in defense.
Garor lays into the chieftain again, blissfully unaware of the conflict taking place mere yards away from him. [Attack Rolls = 27/34] Both blows land hard, sending the Chieftain reeling in pain. [Damage Rolls = 29/28 (19/18)...man I don't know how much more of this the Chief can take )] The Chief looks wounded now, several large bruises forming on his green skin and blood pouring from the edge of his mouth.
Yuri targets the advisors with mental blasts, hoping to level them and their hopes of altering this otherwise fair duel. [REF Saves = Advisor 1 Fail, others Success. Damage Roll = 23 (11 half)] The lead advisor crumples, his body wracked with injury and pain. The other two are not pleased with the results either, focusing their energy on surviving.
The remaining advisors go next. They try to avoid the attacks of the warriors facing them. [Cast Defensive Rolls = 27, 23] They are focused enough to not draw attention during their casting, however, they must now overcome the pain of their wounds. [Concentration Checks = 27, 26 Vs. DC 25 (10+11 damage Dealt+ spell levels)] They both manage to get their spells off....though this time, they are not focusing on the Chieftain.
The second advisor reaches out for Krysta. [Touch Attack = Nat. 20] His hands seems to reach right through her armor, grasping right around her heart. [Inflict Critical Wounds Roll = 33, Will Save, Success (16 Damage)]
The third advisor reaches for the Samurai before him. [Touch Attack = 13] His hands reach out for Galdren, but find nothing but air.
Adelia takes her action, using the wand to heal the transfer of damage to her body. [Cure Light? Wounds roll = 9]
The Chieftain, oblivious to the cries of Yuri, goes about his attack. [Attack Rolls = 35/18/Nat 1, DEX Success] Again, he can only land one blow on the mighty Garor, doing little to the maurauding Dwarf. [Damage Roll = 24 (12)]
Girud strikes next, lashing out at the advisor before Krysta. [Attack Rolls = 19/Nat 19, Crit Confirm Success. Damage Rolls = 26/34 (They are chaotic)] The advisor simply crumples beneath his strikes, split from shoulder to stomach and from torso to thigh...
Galdren is next. [Attack Rolls = 21/22, 23] All three of the Samurai's expert blows rake across soft Kuo-Toan flesh, leaving a trail of thin lines of blood. [Damage Rolls = 14/15, 8] This advisor also collapses, his body a messy map of pain left by Galdren's blades...
However, as the duel rages on, you see the bodies begin to shake and shudder...
The mark of 'The Master'...they are going to rise again in unlife!
