Londo and Graak - The trip to Empyrean, if that is where the remainder of your party is hiding, would take well over two weeks on feet.
Perhaps it would be wise to locate a city where an...alternate form of travel could be found?
Nearby, there are the cities of SeaFreeze and Soliel...both within a few days walking distance.
Which way will you head?

Drop'Gar - [Arturick did not have to make a second check as he is no longer holding onto the ladder. The second action, after activating his ring of invisibility, was to cast levitate. It takes a standard action to cast, and a round to fall, so they would have gone off near simultaneously. So he did not hit the floor, nor is he on the ladder. Which, coincidently, is metal.]
Moving forward, unsure of where Arturick is, you do notice that the ladder is metal. Satisfied that this will do the trick, you move forward and send a jolt of electricity up the ladder.
You hear nothing, you see nothing.
It is only when you hear his voice can you place Arturick's location. He's a few feet above your head, barely.
"Treachery? I have done he asked..."
[Acid Arrow, Ranged Touch Attack = 15] From just above your head, the form of Arturick materializes and you see a bolt of sickly green acid fly towards you. It slaps into your chest and drives into the meat of your torso.
[Damage Roll = 5]
He floats while laughing maniacally...ready to kill...a few feet up the tunnel.
