OODM: Acutally, it seems only Mal and Lusione cannot see in the dark.
Tender checks over the surface carefully. Rapidly scanning every inch of the doors surface he stands back and gives a knowing nod to Ewan who casually rests the sledge hammer over his massive shoulder. Tender finds no wards, sigils or traps so stands back with the others to let the polar bear do his work.
Looping the hammer in an arc, Ewan brings it down solidly upon the doors, sundering them completely. Clearly previous attempts to open the doors from the outside have weakened them. Even the looped and padlocked chain around the inside set of door handles is not enough to prevent the doors destruction. Light floods into the hill side illuminating a tunnel up ahead.
The rancid smell of rotting flesh assails your nostrils as you peer in. The sun only illuminates a small length of the passage, so Akatas illuminates a coin and tosses it down the hall way, lighting the way a good 100ft.
The floor, ceiling and walls have been carved from the hillside itself. Stone flagons have been set in to the walls, ceiling and floor. A door lies to your left some 40ft away down the corridor. Heaped besides the door and the corpses of five dead drow - three males and two females. They have been stripped of all possesions save a black tabard emblazoned with a silver spiderweb insignia. They have clearly not died a natural death. A cursory examination shows the three died from crossbow wounds and the other two have been beaten to death with blunt instruments. If you didnt know any better, you would think that adventurers have been here previously and cleared the place.
Further along the corridor at its end about 90 ft from the entrance is a turning to your right. All is silent and you hope that no one or nothing heard the door being smashed.
