one day i woke up and thought, what if i fire a seeker arrow at someone with epic dodge?
no, really. what will happen? do i hit because it's a seeker arrow that never misses, or do i miss because my target has epic dodge? (1st attack each round automaticaly misses)

Seeker arrows don't "never miss."
The arrow misses.
If I remember Epic Dodge correctly, it dodges an attack automatically. I don't see anything in the description of Seeker arrow that would counter that.

i always thought it's a 100% hit for some reason... maybe i play neverwinter too much.

I'm sure, it's not an auto-hit, and no comment on Neverwinter. ;D
