I have been creating myself a paladin. Now, theres a rule that doesn't want me to understand itself. Turn undead: in the paladin table, I have 1/day. Now, I wanted to take extra turning and it says that I if I DON'T have this feet and I have Turn undead I may turn undead 3+cha modifier/day, and with the feet 4 more times per day. SO..... I have 5 turning or 9 turning (+2 on cha.) ?!?!?

Ahh, What's the problem, dude?
3+cha (+2?) = 5... if you take the feat you will have 9...
Whats so complicated?
And... YOu get turn undead at level 3 or 4... Calm down.

Now, I have a question to you...
Why the hell are you a paladin? You forgot what happened last time you were a paladin?
DM (me): The old man beggs you to help him find his sons, that were taken by monsters into the dark woods. Flash Jeck the Paladin: Huh. What do I get from it? You got money? How much you gonna pay?.... *breaks the old man's house*

What you probably saw was Smite Evil, not Turn Undead. Paladins Turn Undead as a cleric 3 levels lower than their Paladin level (As a level 4 Paladin, you turn undead like a level 1 Cleric). There's no line about having only 1/day. ...But if there were, then that would take precendence. Good thing for you that isn't the case. However, do bear in mind this ability doesn't kick in until level 4.

NO I DID NOT! I DIDn't break the house! Don't be so.. ... whats the word... exaggerating .. am I sure its that word?.. Anyway, I know how to be a paladin, that paladin was my first paladin on my second campaign ever! (I didn't even know all the rules, even not all the rules of combat like, "now I throw initiative right? wait a second, now the damage or the attack? remind me whats the difference" etc. (In hebrew Dmg and Attack may be translated to the same word in some situations. well not the same, but alike.. well its complicated. YES alex I am right. Don't mess with me now, Thank you.)

If you don't mind, I'll ask some more questions (since I'm not that good on rulings.. thats why I'm not a DM ) First: When a paladin gets the ability to cast spells, he can prepare for each day any spell he wants from the list of paladin's spells? (I searched for it, but maybe I missed something.) If not, how can I determine how many spells I can learn (Not prepare). Second: About the mount, I get to summon a heavy warhorse (since I'm human.) but the only spacial thing is the things in the table? (+1 HD, +4 natural armor... etc..) (Hope you all don't mind you have a noob player here )

Forget the horse. You're over a year of gaming away from it.
Plus, it's called The World's Largest DUNGEON for a reason.

What about the spells?
Its a dungeon, but its 4-5 miles high, I guess there are big enough halls, and I call the horse from the heavens, I don't need to be outside or something (as written in the PHB.)

Celebril, no need to heckle and chide your fellow gamer for wanting to know how his character works. I've seen you make a lot of degrading jokes towards him (and others whom you seem to know). Maybe they're cool with it, I honestly can't tell. I just think there's a far better way for you to go about saying your opinions. Paladin spells work like Clerical spells (as they're both Divine casters). There's a specific time of day a Paladin can prepare spells, and he can prepare any from the list of Paladin spells (much like a cleric can pick from any on the cleric list). Paladins can prepare a number per day in accordance with their chart. They get bonus spells for high Wisdom, like a cleric as well. As for the Mount. Yes, the 'only' special things it gets are in that table. But that's still pretty nice stuff - For starters, 2d8 hit points, +4 Natural Armor (so better AC), additional strength, and some nice abilities to share with you. And it continually gets better the more levels you gain. Additionally, you get to call the mount once a day for 2 hours per level, dismissing it whenever you want. And yes, you don't have to be in the open, it comes from the Celestial realm, so it essentially manifests next to you... pretty badass. Horses can be good, though they can sometimes be inconvenient, this is true. But if you focus on the right set of feats, you can have an extremely dangerous cavalier-type character. X3 damamge on a charge? Why, yes, I do believe I shall partake. Seriously. I'm playing a knight right now in a Dragonlance campaign (where Paladins are not an included class), and I sometimes really wish I could've been a Paladin. My horses die like there's no tomorrow. A special mount would survive much longer.

Thanks for explaining me that (character part. ) Now I realy know what I'm playing. Its pretty hard when you want to play a character and no one can explain you how exacly this character works (even not the book). Again, thank you, thank you, thank you. (I won't continue so it won't be a spam )
