I should get DSL somewhere before the end of this week, and will, from that point and onwards, be able to internetize constantly. Having spent the time without internet reading and watching more TV than I usually do (which is not a large feat, as I almost never watch TV), I must admit that I've been inspired to... run a Random One Shot. Always the fan of the present, the One Shot I have in mind will be run with the d20 Modern system - albeit slightly modified. Cuttin' to the cheese, or whatever they call it:

Who wants to go to Egypt and raid some tombs?
