1. Ranged Attack should be 4 (3 BAB, +1 Dex). Thus, Longbow attack should be 5 (+1 MW)
2. Hit points should be 30, not 29. (10 1st, 5 2nd, 6 3rd, 9 Con)
3. Reflex save is +2, not +3 (1 Base, +1 Dex)
Otherwise, I think it's about right.

I'm going to change my wisdom points into Int, more skills. Edit: MW Greatsword, I add 1.5 Strength and get +1 from MW correct? So in all I get 3d6 + 8 damage.

Hey, that's my schick.
Except I can't use knockback.
Which as good, because I think that might be beyond the a priori power level of this game.

Longbow doesn't get 1.5 Str mod. Only your strength mod, assuming it's purchased to be a +5 Str mod. Remember that if your strength drops below that for any reason, you take a -4 on attack rolls with it. (Or is it -2? Don't remember)
Will save drops to +1, due to lower Wisdom.

You might also want to pick up superior unarmed strike, from Tome of Battle

You can't take INA unless you have an ability that lets you treat your unarmed strikes as natural weapons like a monk. Unarmed strike are NOT natural attacks.
Superior unarmed strike is far game, though.

Why is your Ref save 3? By my count it's 2, but I could be missing something.

Redblade was being stubborn and not wanting to take 2 points off dex thats why my ref was 3.

A problem I've encountered with your equipment.
You have a Belt of Growth listed. As it stands, this item is ineffective on the Goliath as he has the "Giant" type The belt functions as Enlarge Person (the spell) which is only effective on creatures with the "Humanoid" type, such as those of the base races (human, half elf, half orc, elf, gnome, halfling. . . )
Read in the Enlarge Person spell for clarifications.
I just wanted to bring it up to give you the opportunity to purchase something else in its stead, as it will not be working for you as is.
If you want this type of effect, ou will have to find an item which somehow changes your size without functioning like the spell. I'm not sure of every item out there and what you can afford. Or you can just purchase something else for the time being which will lend to some other aspect of the character.
