Because this is far, far easier than trying to discuss dividing items in the midst of roleplaying. I'm STILL trying to have Caelith disable the magic, since there's supposedly a chance to do so, but I'm going to work under the assumption that that's not possible, for the time being.
That said, here are some things that jump out as obvious to me:
Wands/Spellbooks/Headband: Caelith. 'Cause he's the only one that can use 'em (Well, Newt could try to use the wands, in theory)
Bag: Garor has one, Krysta has one. I recommend Callian, Hero, or Caelith for this one. With Garor splitting off to head to the mountain, this just seems to make the most sense. Or he could hand his off to one of them and we can reassess the matter.
Bracers of Armor: Fighters do not need these items. They're handy for incorporeal creatures that bypass regular armor bonuses, but I strongly recommend these for rogue types and casters (like Caelith) who don't wear lots of armor. Granted, it's only a +2. Caelith's Mage Armor already overpowers it, but it's not on all the time. Not sure about Newt's armor situation, he might be better off than a +2 as well. Or Mordrock's (sp). In which case this becomes a free for all item.
Chainmail/Weaponry: Goes straight to Krysta/Galdren/Girud, since we're assuming they're magic stuff doesn't work. Only Krysta uses a longsword, to my knowledge, and it still works. But even so.
Bows: Both paladins use longbows, don't they? I'm having trouble remembering. They'd definitely be strong enough to use them, anyway. Caelith does, but he also doesn't qualify to use them, as they're Might (and he ain't). A Bull Strength could fix this, granted, and he could donate the old longbow (which is magic) to Mordrock. Whatever you folks prefer. I would say, offhand, one bow for each group (they sorta rock), but only if the larger group donates another magic missile weapon. To keep things even. (Note: I also want to check if Mordrock can use longbows. Is there a rule that small characters can't use 'em?)
Quiver: Mordrock is the only primary archer, I think. It's a great weapon for conserving space. But I'm fine with it going wherever, really.
Bracers of Archery: I don't remember entirely what they do. Gonna check, then edit my call on this.
The Rings make things more difficult, as do the boots. I think the Boots/Cloak of Elvenkind should go to Newt, as the only PC rogue/scout. Mordrock sort of fits the count, but I tend to be of the opinion that PCs get first call on this kinda stuff.
But for specifics:
Rings of Protection: Whoever is suffering from the lowest AC.
Ring of sustenance/Feather Fall: I don't know. This could go anywhere. Sustenance doesn't completely help anyone, as people in the group will need food anyway. Featherfall is more handy for the Krysta/Girud/Galdren trio, who don't benefit from a mage possessing the spell. Same for the Boots of Levitation and the Minor Cold Resistance.
Cloaks of Resistance: Some folks already have these. Who doesn't? Who needs better saves?
Ring of Evasion: Don't remember what it does. But based on the name, I recommend a fighter type.
Robe of Blending: Probably Caelith, but I don't recall what it does, either. It might be better suited for Newton if it's camoflage (sp?)
Ring of Force Shield: I save this for last, since Krysta has already expressed interest in it. I STRONGLY recommend it for Caelith, and here's why: As a Mage/Fighter, it is THE best way to get a shield bonus and still be able to cast. He can deactivate it, cast, and reactivate it all within a round, leaving him protected when the baddies go. Granted, he could rely on the Shield spell, but this requires casting it. Force Shields are, quite simply, wonderful for casting. Gives you a shield but still gives you a hand to cast with. So that's my recommendation there.
Thoughts?

Thoughts - the Bracers of Archery should go to Mordrock, who could then use all bows. Including Longbows. the only problem is, he still needs a +1 STR item to grant him use of the current elven longbows. As for the use of longbows, Krysta could use one. She has the req's for it, and has better stats for ranged weapons, but her feats are close weapon oriented. If the +1 Ghost Touch Mighty Composite Longbow of Shock were gievn to her, she could use it, until The Rock could gain the use of it through a +1 STR item, or wait until four more levels.... The Quiver should go to Newt, or to the little Goblin, if Newt doesn't want it. Either way, whomever takes the Elven Bows, needs the quiver. Robe of Blending - The most diplomatic and talkative. It grants a Disguise Self at will. Also, if used otherwise, it would grant a +10 Hide check to blen dinto surroundings. Good for a thief. Ring of Evasion - Not too sure. Someon with some good reflex saves would benifit the most. As the damage would be null on a successful save. Ring of Sustenance - UP to you guys to decide where it would best go. Spell books and wands - Couldn't agree more. Mages. Boots of Levitation - ? FYI - Krysta's Bag of Holding is now ruined, as with all other items from the Elven City. Our group does not have one now. I say we get the bigger one, as we have fewer people. Up to everyone though to decide. Bracers of Armour - Rogues or Mages - Easily the best choice. Headband of Intellect - No Argument there. +2 Keen Longsowrd - Fighters. I already have a +1 Keen Flaming Longsword. The others need the magical weapons. Chainmail Armours - Fighters again...not sure how to divide that. What do you guys have already? I Have MW Breastplate. Not sure if I want to keep the Breastplate though. Small Steel Shield - Whomever uses shields. Krysta uses two weapon fighting. So does Galdren. Not sure about Girud, as he uses the benifit of two handed weapons. Boots of Elven Kind - Newt again. NO arguement. Cloak of Elvenkind - Newt Two CLoaks of Resistance - I guess the Fighters. I already have one. They don't, I think.... Ring of Minor Cold Resistance - Ring of Feather Falling - +2 Mighty composite Longbow of Shock - Possibly with whomever would use bows. Krysta would, as she has plenty of times before. +1 Ghost Touch Mighty Composite Longbow of Shock - The Rock, once he gets the +1 STR. Otherwise, Krysta would take claim, and give the previous bow to the other group, if they would use it. If they won't use it, she would, and then give the +1 to The Rock. Two archers, two fighters....not bad... Quiver of Elhonna - Stays with whomever takes the elven longbows. Any comments???

Looks good to me Newt would probably take a ring of protection over the bracers.

Cool - As for the longbows - I am really wanting both. I have my reasons, which should quckly be uncovered shortly. They would BOTH be used, one by Mordrock, and the other by Krysta. If The Paladins want the longbow, let me know. Otherwise, I am all for taking both.
Looks like Mordrock has the Bracers of Archery and the Quiver for now.
Newt has the Boots and Cloak of Elven kind and the Ring of Protection.
Caelith has the Spell Books and the wands and the Headband.
One of the fighters should gain the Bag of Holding Type III.
Anyone else have dibs on other items?

The only things Hero could use would be the rings, and the bows. She'll take any of them. She typically uses a crossbow, but could now benefit from a longbow. If I had my pick, I'd take any of the rings.
She already has an awesome sword and awesome armor.

Krysta would need the armour.
Elven Chainmail +2
Is that ok with everyone?

Did a bit of research on items/rules. 1. My biggest concern is Mordrock's ability to use the longbows. They're medium, since they were designed for elves, and that gives him a -2 to using them. Not great. Plus, he can't even use them yet anyway. It doesn't seem sensible to give him a bunch of archery items he's not gonna get a great deal of benefit out of. Suggestion: We give some magic arrows (Cael has some) to Mordrock and let him use those with his Shortbow for the time being. He donate an Elven bow for Krysta to use. As for the second bow, we either give it to one of the Paladins (giving their Crossbow equipment to somebody else), or to Girud/Galdren, who can hang onto it and use it until The Rock gets enoguh strength. I'd just hate to see that nice a bow get neglected until the Goblin's strength goes up. But once his strength does go up, he can get the second, or use Krysta's if she widns up doing lots of close combat. Another perk to Mordrock using his Shortbow with magic arrows is that he doesn't suffer the -2 penalty for size differences AND he gets a +1 to attack and damage for already being proficient with a short bow (since he'd be using the bracers) And the quiver can go to Krysta or the other archer. 2. Ring of Sustenance: Having read up on this item, if it means a wizard would only have to rest 2 hours instead of the full 8 to get the same benefit, then that could be very cool for Caelith. He'd be able to travel a lot better and not need as much rest as usual. Shorter nights is nice for travel (and fits conveniently into a rope trick when necessary). However, this would mean he'd be unable to have a Ring of Prot (which he has currently) AND a Ring of Force Shield, so one would have to be given up. The Force Shield would be the best choice to give up (as cool as it is), especially since there's been a voiced demand for it. It would be worth it, if it meant Cael could deal with spells in 2 hours time. KMan, what's your ruling on this item? 3. Ring of Feathfall - It means when you fall of a cliff you won't die. Basically casts featherfall on the character when they fall more than 5 feet. Cael has the spell, and typically memorizes it, and I THINK it affects more than one person in that scenario. But not the ring. Who plans on falling a lot and doesn't already have two rings? 4. Boots of Levitation - They let you levitate. With the new spellbooks, Caelith has this spell, too, so it's no biggie. But if someone wants to go up and down at will, this would be a good choice. Except for Newt, who will probably have Boots of Elvenkind (unless he'd rather have this). 5. Rings of Protection: 3 rings of protection +2 by my count. Once we divvy out everything else, we'll see whose AC is lowest. But my guess is it'll be Girud, Galdren, and Newt (who does need to up his AC, admittedly, for new armor - the magic studded leather we got. He could also get Elven Chain that nobody else wants, which shouldn't detract much or at all from his sneaking ability. Need to check on that). Garor might also be in the running. Cael would, but he's already got a Ring. 6. Bag of Holding - To Krysta's group. I forgot theirs got deactivated, my mistake. 7. Three Cloaks of Resistance +2 (since Newt's mentioned giving his up in favor of the Cloak of Elvenkind). The people with the lowest saves are Girud, Galdren, and Caelith. So my recommendation goes to those three. 8. Bracers of armor - I guess Cael benefits the best from this. Or Mordrock, if he's lacking armor (but I don't think he is) 9. Ring of Evasion - Should go to one of the Paladins, I think. They've got pretty good saves, tend to be on the front lines, and could always benefit. If'n they want it. Anything we wind up not using I vote we take back to Ravenshead the instant we're done and donate it to Sturmguard's army. Or the refugees. One of those plans. Also, this list doesn't include the one still living elf, does it? I wonder if he's got anything...

True, the longbows are out of the question for Mordrock, after reading up on some more stuff. Thanks for pointing that out, Udjat, as I completely forgot about the size difference.
The ring of Evasion, would benifit the ones with the highest reflex saves, that already do not have evasion. Fighters and Paladins, as you pointed out. I think with the Bracers fo Archery going to Mordrock, that is pretty much all he can use at this time. The quiver would go with Krysta or whomever takes the other longbow.
Back to the Ring of Evasion, if Hero would take it, I would get it to her, as Caelith has enough items now, with the newly mentioned Ring of Sustenance. With her having that, I would say Galdren takes the other longbow. We can use our shoot first and stomp technique to a little better advantage.
Mordrock's armour is also shot now, since it was given by the elves....damn elves!!!! I will more than likely be for him getting one set of bracers, whichever you prefer. Archery Bracers would be my first option for him. But as someone posted before, they have a preference to PC's gaining all the gear, so I don't want to step on anyone's toes....

Yes it does. I'm assuming he isn't going to make it off this cliff alive. Might be a leap, but I think he's going to die... </sarcasm> Ruling how? There's a reason the mages had it. For the exact purpose of gaining spells quickly while on the move, that's what it's for.

Also, if we work under the assumption that we sent Angelus to prison in Ravenshead and took the items we gave him back into the pool, that'd add another Headband of Intellect (this one +2), a +1 Quarterstaff, and another set of Bracers +2. The Headband would be most useful for Newton, I think, but in general the items aren't exceedingly helpful to anyone.
I'm also starting to think it might be a worthwhile plan to donate Cael's Ring of Prot +2 to the pool (one of the Paladins?) and take up the Force Ring as a replacement. It gives the same bonus, and the Ring of Prot will stack with Armor/Shield bonuses. Handy for those frontline warriors. That way we could go Hero/Callian, Girud, Galdren, and Newt with those rings. And whoever among Hero/Callian misses out can seize other items. Maybe the boots, or another ring. Or something.
Edited after KMan's response: Then Cael would most certainly want the Ring of Sustenance. So, there's that. You guys can do as you like with the suggestion above about the Ring of Protection.

True, the longbows are out of the question for Mordrock, after reading up on some more stuff. Thanks for pointing that out, Udjat, as I completely forgot about the size difference. No prob. Ideally, I'd like everyone to benefit as much as possible from the gear distributed. Caelith does, indeed, have vastly too many items. But it's mostly 'cause he's the only mage. I'm thinking the Ring of Force Shield and Ring of Sustenance for him, putting the more useful Ring of Protection into another Paladin's hands. (Maybe one gets the Ring of Evasion / Another item and the other gets the Ring of Protection. I would offhand suggest the Ring of Minor Cold Resistance to fill that spot by Evasion. But it's not my call). Unless, ofcourse, someone has a burning desire for the Force Shield ring and Cael can just stick with Protection. We've technically got two sets of Bracers of Armor, now, so Mordrock could certain get one. He'd have to sacrifice the Bracers of Archery, ofcourse, but he'd get a guaranteed +2 armor (remember, though, it doesn't stack with regular armor. So if he's got at least leather, it's pointless). I don't think anyone has a burning desire for the archery gear, though. Our rangers are all missing anyway. I'ma shut up and step back now. I'm posting too much on here.

I was under the impression that Rings of Protection do NOT stack with armour. Am I missing something? Rings of Protection are a deflection bonus. They stack. Hence my recommendations (Girud and Galdren were both at AC 20, and this is before their elven gear went whack, I think. They'll probably need it. Newton is low, about 18-19 if he uses the Studded. And the Paladins could always use the perk, which is why I offer up the other ring)

I'd like one of the rings of Prot., and hold on while I check on something...
EDIT: Huh. Never mind. I guess that's the magical part about the RoE...you can use it w/armor.
So that's an option, and from a purely mechanical standpoint, I'd give it to Callian over Hero (higher Ref save).
Finally, if NO ONE wants the +2 keen longsword, then I'll take it, but I'm quite happy with the +1 flaming goodness I'm wielding at the moment.
So my Christmas wish list is as follows:
1. RoE 2. RoP 3. +2 keen longsword
I really would like the RoE, but I'm pretty tricked out as it is.
Longbows: My Dex is 10. Enough said.
Still happy I can finally cast paladin spells, Callian

I'd recommend the bracers for Caelith, 'cause he has AC problems and is wearing two rings (and who hits a mage with a ranged touch spell? No, I believe I'm the one with the target on his head for that particular nasty.)
I'd give the 2nd bow to Hero, 'cause she doesn't have a magical ranged weapon, and she has the Str & Dex to use it effectively.
And levitation would be good for, oddly enough, Mordrock, since that party doesn't have a well-equipped rogue. Besides, what's funnier than a flying goblin?
Fangor's right. I'd forgotten how under-equipped the samurai and giant were. Give them the swords, by all means.
And I believe there was something about a "nice robe and boots" in Kman's listing. I'll take those. Paladins have to be dressed well, after all.
EDIT: I lied. Apparently Hero & I have the same Ref save. Hm.

Well, I have nice items already so I would be happy with any one item of the following:
Ring of Protection +2 Magic Bow Ring of Cold Resistance Ring of Feather Fallng Ring of Evasion [this is a really nice item so I won't push for it]
If I get the bow, I would give my crossbow and magic bolts to someone else as soon as I acquire arrows.

Time for me to cast my lot here.
I'd like the boots of levitation please. (I lost my springing and striding ones)
Imagine if you will trying to transport one of our crystals.
So far as I know the boots do not have a specific duration of time that they can be used. I use my massive strength and size to manhandle the shard, then someone simply pushes us along the ground. Easy transportation for shards.
If I'm to be levitating, then the Ring of Feather Fall would also be welcome. No sense in being up high then falling to my death.
For magic weapons, nothing fits my char, I'm good without.
If there is anything that I can get to up my AC, I wouldn't complain. So long as is stacks with my magic plate armor, I'm good.
Cloak of Res., sure why not, it couldn't hurt.

Hey HERO, there are about 40+ arrows on the ground, in case you overlooked it...
I edited the last post, with the items listed and who is claiming them.
SO FAR:
Mordrock: Bracers of Archery
Krysta: Elven Chainmail +2, Quiver of Elhonna, +2 Mighty composite Longbow of Shock
Hero: Ring of Protection
Callian: Ring of Protection
Newt: Boots and Cloak of Elvenkind, Ring of Protection
Girud: Boots fo Levitation, Ring of Feather Falling, Bag of Holding Type III, Cloak of Resistance, Ring of Protection, and hopefully a set of armour.
Galdren: (NO WORD, BUT I VOTE:)+2 Keen Longsword, +1 Ghost Touch Mighty Composite Longbow of Shock, Cloak of resistance, and one set of the armour.
Caelith: Ring of Force Shield, Ring of Sustenance, Spell Book 1, Spell Book 2, Wand of Magic Missile, Wand of Searing Light, Bracers of Armour, and Headband of Intellect+4
Looking at the list, I vote for:
Robe of Blending to the Goblin Ring of Evasion to Krysta as her Reflex save is +10 therby granting the most opportune chance to save +1 Shield still up in the air One cloak of resistance still up in the air Ring of Minor Cold Resistance Headband of Intellect to go with the fighters for future use Bracers of Armour still up in the air Ring of protection still up in the air.
