I hoped so, go ahead and make a character and PMit to me. A detailed background is not at all needed. Just a short blurb about there past will do, no matter how mundane they might be. I'd suggest staying away from "exotic" characters, as they might not relate well, but if one person wants to go out on a limb thats fine.
I tried to make the directions clear, if they aren't post any concerns and I'll clear them up.
In fact, anyone send me a character. If I do get a lot, I'll have to prune, but I don't forsee it as a difficulty considering the small scope and rapid turnaround, I might have to go with less than 4!
