006 - The Moathouse

Biggle takes careful aim with his crossbow and lets rip sending a bolt straight at the beast. The bolt strikes the beast on the neck but ricochets harmlessly off its tough scales.

Grimm roars his orders and lays into the best once more. Another expert slice draws more blood from the dragon [10 damage].

Kaz weaves his hands and utters a prayer causing a golden glow to surround each warrior for an instance [cast Bless]. He then moves toward the dragon to engage it next round.

Gwen advances on the dragon twirling the hammer for the attack. The first blow thuds into the thick hide of the dragon but she expertly spins the hammer, burying the hook into the dragon's underbelly [5 damage].

Saranac moves in aswell and slashes at the dragon but with it thrashing about, you miss your target.

The dragon, now surrounded looks worried for the first time. It lashes out again though it attacks you all.

Quickly thinking, he then moves north another small step, so that it can make room for his other allies to surround this dragon and not let it escape. (Attack while flanking, move north to offer flanking for others)

I took the advice... post and skip the preview. Now, unfortunately, I will roll 1's from now on... Invisible castle gave me 2 nat 20's as well, in a row!

With nat 20 too! This happened in the table top version....the party barbarian clocked the dragon with a crit doing 74 damage with one hit of a great axe + power attack
