ok this is probably in the SRD as well, but i cant find it anywhere and i am not experienced in searching it yet.

On the bard page it says that he may get extra spells per level if he has high charisma, how much is high and how many spells and such?

You have to be pretty professional to take favored enemy: construct as your first one. That or really hate chairs.
