While this thread's title sounds an awful lot like Vemu's post about being busy; it's really nothing to do with it.

Being a bit of a history fiend and a little more than a little into the golden age of piracy, I feel it is my solemn Net Friend™ duty to inform you of a very important happening.

Welcome everyone to International Talk Like a Pirate Day! So I be suggestin' that da lot of you git ta workin' on it.

You know, last year there was a themed party for history students during the International Talk Like a Pirate Day here in town. Apparently it's a big thing all round the globe. Pirate's are everywhere, mate, yar!

But sadly I'm still terrible at pirate talk...

In honor of Talk Like a Pirate Day, I suppose I will have to do a game post update in pirate-speak. Already written Dark Sun's, so I guess it'll have to be Chronicles of the Lance or Masks of Nyarrrrrlathotep.

Japic is my Pirate moniker Udjat. Captain Japic O'Death, Pirate for Hire. If you were in a local ren group you'd prolly see it used more often. Even my avatar is appropriately themed; Dark Eldar (from Warhammer 40k) which happen to be space pirates of the most vicious sort. I drive a pirate car, and have a house full of art and other such fineries all of pirate theme.

I daresay I have more pirate anythings than I know what to do with. I'm just glad to share since everyone could use a little more pirate.

The 'O'Death' was the part I was missing. I was going for a 'Japic the Black' or 'Pegleg Japic' or something.
