So I'm planning on making a Monk/Sorcerer and if I'm not mistaken there is a feat that meshes the two classes together. I keep looking through the books, but I can't seem to find it. The one book I don't have with me is the Complete Scoundrel. Does anyone know what feat I'm talking about is, and what the feat does? Just curious, thanks in advanced.

You're probably referring to Ascetic Mage, from the complete adventurer:
That's the only feat I know of that meshes the two.

Ah, thanks. That's the one. I knew it existed, just couldn't find it. I have Complete Adventurer with me too, but apparently I didn't look in it. Thanks Japic.

Next question. Does casting Mage Armor on yourself count as wearing armor negating your Wis to AC and the bonus to AC from Monk?

Nope. Its the same as wearing bracers of armor. Its an armor bonus to AC, but it isn't armor. Indeed, it doesn't even have any of the stats assossiated with armor (type, weight, ACP, ASF, Max Dex, etc.) besides the armor bonus.

Funny, I was just thinking about this multi-class earlier today. Huh. I'm curious to see how it works out for you.

You might also want to look at the Arcane Fist PrC from Complete Arcane.

It's actually called Enlightened Fist, and that was the Prestige Class I was planning on going into with this character. Arcane Fist is the actual ability they get that's pretty damn neat.
